It was a comfortable place .seconds away from the Morrisin supermarket

I could not get the heating to work..and it is a basement flat...so it will be naturally chilly.Some air comes in below the front door...so I would advise fitting a DOOR SWEEP..it costs under 10£..and it would help to make the flat warmer. All things considered it is a likeable place..that just needs a splash of paint to give that extra zing.But I cannot complain truthfully....it is quiet and private.

Accommodation had everything from hoover to hairdryer and was very nice and neat inside. We had a couple of issues which were fixed promptly.

Basement appartment had a basic front door which allowed smell from smokers outside to blown in and people would urinate outside and leave their cigarette butt's. This could be resolved by putting lock on gate . Other than that it was good. Cutlery was missing and some damaged.

Facilities were clean and maintained. everything I could have needed for a long stay was available. Bed was very comfortable. The place was clean, comfortable and warm. Everything was excellent.

Proprietor was easily accessible and helpful. Property was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. It had been recently refurbished. There’s lots of takeaways close by. Key collection was contact free.

The studio is nice, spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable, TV set offers a wide range of channels. The environment is also quite and the water is always hot. The owner is always ready to assist you via SMS.

The house number of the studio - a private house not signalled as a hotel - is not mentioned in the confirmation so I could not find the place. I had to call the owner's number twice to receive an SMS informing me somebody would come to the house. In sum I had to wait 30 minutes under the rain before I could enter. I wanted to have a shower but realised there was no soap in the showeroom. So I went to the supermarket to buy it as well as some food. When I came back the front gate was closed and it took me a while before understanding how to open it. I wanted to warm the studio before the shower, but the new heater I was told to use was not working. I had to use the old one instead. In the evening I wanted to cook - the reason why I chose an apartment with a kitchen instead of a hotel room - but unfortunately all pans were either ruined or rusty, meaning I couldn' use them. Internet was not working. In the morning I woke up and the landing in front of the studio - in the basement - was flooded, so I had to jump to the stairs.

I was a bit worry that host won't answer to my messages on time, I had to call customer service in end. Host required photo ID prior giving your key box code. Never seen this practice before..

Location is not perfect, the studio itself good size, has washing machine, oven and fridge/freeze (fridge was barely cold). Studio on basement of the house, and despite of effort to clean the studio smell of dump is overpowering. The bed and mattress had good days...

The apartment was nicely refurbished with modern furniture/appliances and the owner was nice to let us check in early. Everything worked and it was comfortable to stay in.

It’s non smoking (we don’t smoke) but there was a strong cigarette smell that didn’t go away so we had to keep the fan on all night. It was clean enough but didn’t have any dishwashing liquid (even after asking owner) and some cupboards were not cleaned. The entry way is a basement flat which someone must use to smoke in as there were lots of cigarette butts in front of the door as well.

It was a quiet property with no disruption.

The studio could do with a spruce up…… carpets could do with a clean. Toilet is wobbly and not connected to the wall also it’s positioned so close to a radiator that’s on full power so u need to sit sideways if u don’t wanna get burnt. There’s a smell of sewage in the bathroom witch needs to be addressed as it’s constant,couldn’t really close the door as it’s loose and the hinge needs fixing. The kitchen could do with new bowls and plates and glasses,there was only 1 wine glass and a small bowl and a very small bowel which are both chipped. The bed could do with tightening up as headboard very wobbly. The main door has frosted glass that goes into the property however would be nice if there was a blind or small curtain to add that extra bit of privacy.

The road felt very unsafe with gangs often hanging around. It smelt bad, anyone could look through the front door which looked into sleeping area. Shower went from scolding hot to cold (they have said they will look at this).
