Beautiful apartment, comfortable and in decent location. It was easy to call the host/reception and get support when we needed.

The check in process was arduous and I felt a little over-zealous - much of the information on my booking had to be submitted again via another form, they required a copy of every guest's passport and took a deposit. There were very little amenities available, for example only one roll of toilet paper. Towels weren't entirely clean (stained).

initial access to the apartment was a bit tricky, we had to be on the phone with the host in order to get into the lift and then again in order to open the door to the apartment, but once you collect the keys inside, everything becomes easy

Great location, nice communal spaces (gym, terrace, lounge). The communication with the help desk was quick on the chat function. Great that the Sainsbury’s is just next door, very convenient.

The apartment was nice and roomy, but it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly before arrival. We appreciated the two key fobs (although we had to ask for them several times before we received them). It would make more sense if two fobs was standard as I’ve seen other reviews mentioning this. The check in process was very confusing as incorrect information had been shared on email. I think you need to review what communication you send out and streamline. Once you call the number the check in was easy. It can be pretty noisy at night, but then again the complex is primarily student accommodation and in the city, so it’s to be expected.

Location was perfect for us as near to the Leeds Playhouse (where needed to be) & a very short walk to the City centre. Spacious apartment (looked a little bigger from photos) & ended up being good value as discounted. Amenities good, facilities great. Sainsbury’s below perfect.

Check-in easy (when you know what to expect) but difficult to balance luggage (if you’ve more than a wheeled case/bag) a phone to get through the locked door’s whilst speaking to someone! We had some a couple of maintenance issues that needed addressed & whilst clean could do with a better clean ~ dust! Was there a manual for the kitchen? Had to google for hob. Coffee machine was a pain as kept leaking. Pillows ok.

Lovely apartment, comfortable, good kitchen and bathroom, nice roof terrace.

Having to pay a huge security deposit and it’s not yet been returned.

The apartment was very comfortable, with all necessary facilities. Close to the city center. Great outdoor terrace on the roof (on the 8th floor), access to the gym. The local Sansberry shop is in the same building.

According to photos, we expected to have a bathtub, but bad luck. One of the water regulator in the shower was setup only for the hot water, we couldn't decrease the temperature there (fortunately, we had 2 showers). The near highway was a bit loud on the 1st floor. Only 1 key for the family with 2 adults.

Charmaine helped me access the apartment over the phone, she was helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean, warm and comfy and really well appointed. id definitely stay again.

Although Charmaine was super helpful, I felt checking in over the phone was a bit complicated after a long journey - there might have been an easier way, but I couldn't find the correct email from the many sent from Booking.com. i didn't like the separate Charles Hope check in, and additional deposit before arrival, although I completely understand why it was needed to keep a beautiful apartment. It would be good to see this information before booking.

Comfortable and modern

The bin inside the cupboard under the sink hadn’t been emptied for some time and there was rotten food waste in the bin so couldn’t use the recycling bins. The directions to the apartment need to stipulate it’s the moda building as we walked round the entire building and had to ring to find out which building it was.

The place is really, really spacious and well equipped. Bed was comfortable and the wi-fi worked with no issues.

It’s in the weird area and bizarre building that looks like (and smells like, too) a student accommodation. Also it could be easier accessible than by having to call someone (especially that you’re ending in the lift and cut off). Lastly, it’d be nice touch to have bottle of water or any other cold drink waiting for a guest upon arrival.

Great location and the amenities on-site like the cinema and gym are a real bonus. Apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

Kitchen needs a deep clean. Noisy dog in next apartment. Staff entered apartment unannounced one day, which wasn’t great. But the Charles Hope team were great at sorting everything and very responsive so overall it’s been a great experience!
