Good location close to all the main restaurants. Friendly and informative host and hostess. Excellent choice and quality breakfast. Room was serviced every day. Good selection of drinks in room. Silent fridge.

Up 2 flights of steep stairs the (green) room has a sloping roof with restricted headroom - none of this is mentioned in the room description or during booking. Mark deducted for this. Slightly uncomfortable bed. Several of the reviews refer to the larger 1st floor rooms not available on Booking.com. This is very misleading

Jeff and Anona are gracious hosts who make their guests feel at home in their lovely home. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. Food and service are impeccable. The home is conveniently located to access the central lyric business district, waterfront and shopping. I truly delightful stay.

The hosts were so helpful and friendly, really enjoyed our conversations in the morning during delicious breakfasts, they offered advice and suggestions for during our trip and plenty local knowledge, very interesting! Lovely house and the room was clean and comfortable! Approx 7 min easy walk to the main street/area of Lerwick- Great location :) also added bonus were the adorable Sheltie dogs that lived there too!

Great breakfast facilities with wide choices available. Lerwick easy to walk around with a varied selection of shops. Pleasant harbour scenes. Shetland has a unique character of scenery.

Nothing to dislike with our first ever visit.

Location was excellent, just a short walk from the town centre. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Jeff and Anona could not have been more friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the little extras in our room such as fresh milk in the fridge and a wide selection of tea bags.

Breakfast selection was great; cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit followed by full Scottish (or selections from). Potato farles were our fave.

We were welcomed into their home and made to feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. With lots of little extras like a fridge, with real milk for tea and coffee.

Fantastic location, super friendly owners, breakfast was outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable. We had the "blue room". Very knowledgeable about things to see and do while we were there. Loved everything!

The exterior of the house is magnificent, inside is clean, up to date and fills every expectation you would have to a B&B. I’m definitely coming back!

I don’t have a “deal breaker” to this property, but there’s no kitchen amenities. The host family offered to let me borrow a microwave or oven if I needed to heat something. Great customer service!
