Very clean and good location for our needs. Staff exceptionally friendly especially the gentleman who completed our check-in.

The hotel staff were outstanding. Went above and beyond to help with things. For example our dog was spooked by the noisy road the hotel is on.. so gave me details and post code of near by spacious park. This kindness meant a great deal. The hotel & rooms are spotlessly clean. The breakfast was hot, fresh and easily the best we have had in a Holiday Inn Express. Congratulations to this hard working team!

The location of the hotel was about 2 miles from Litchfield & on an industrial estate.. with nothing to do. But in fairness to them the price point probably reflects this issue. The surrounding roads are noisey.. but it you only want a bed for the night it is great.

We enjoyed a one night stay in this very clean and comfortable hotel. Our room was spotless and was ideal for our young family. The staff were wonderful and took time to speak with our two young boys, we had travelled from Scotland to visit Thomas Land at Drayton Manor and stayed here the night before visiting the park. It was convenient to get to and was ideally placed for a relaxing journey to Drayton Manor. The breakfast was good, nice and hot and there was plenty of choice. We would definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future due to its location, cleanliness and great service. Thanks.

Breakfast was really good.. a full choice of hot items , well presented and the toasting machine worked well first time… and staff were very quick to clear and clean the tables.. Our room was very clean and comfortable, nice and spacious.. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and if we were to be in that area in the future we wouldn’t hesitate to book in to the same holiday inn…

The only thing I didn’t like , was an item of food I ordered, a toasted sandwich , which was very hard on the crust area- too hard to bite through, therefore I left the crusts on my plate!!! Which I’ve never had this problem with a toasted sandwich before!! I did tell the staff member about it , just so, hopefully it wouldn’t happen when next a similar item was being prepared.

Was a very clean room and bathroom. Loved the dove shampoo and body wash that they provided, room was a lovely size, it was ideal for what we needed. We booked just for one night so we could go to a theme park near by.

The only moan I could say was that the bed was like sleeping in a rock....it was very clean and lovely fresh white sheets, but we woke up achy due to the bed being very hard, it would of been perfect if the bed was softer and we had an extra pillow. But for the price we paid we didn't complain to staff. Apart from that the room was lovely.

Michael at front desk was brilliant. He worked magic of persistence , professionalism and patience to get me the room I booked when booking.com messed it up. He managed to do this while dealing with multiple other customers as it was at midnight.

Booking.com customer services staff are an absolute joke. There was an issue with the booking, a booking com mistake, and I had to call customer services. It's an AI tool used as they just couldn't understand basic problems that lie outside the standard Q&A script. Either that or booking com staff are severely incompetent, rude and unprofessional. They hung up on me twice! They claimed they tried to call back but that is a lie. They even attempted to blame the situation on the staff at the hotel because they didn't understand it. Booking.com staff are horrible people. Lesson is check ahead with the hotel that all is good with the reservation. The staff at the hotels are normally amazing.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Car park had plenty of space. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Shower nice and hot. Room and bed was bigger than expected. Would stay again without hesitation.

The electric radiator connected to the main thermostat was broken in the room. There was a small oil filled plug in radiator which I used but it did take a long time to get the room up to temperature because the main one hadn’t been on at all. I got to the hotel very late and just wanted to go to get to bed, otherwise I would have asked to move room. Wasn’t the end of the world but it would have been nicer to walk into a warm room. No conditioner in the shower or on the list of things you could ask for if you’d forgotten.

It was a great hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the staff really good at their jobs and very friendly.B The breakfast was first class and the waitress excellent as was the receptionist/barmaid

As I have a back injury which the hotel didn't know about getting to me first floor was a bit of a struggle.and walking back from town was uphill and took 20minutes was a struggle. So despite it being a good hotel I will choose one closer to town next time

We were given such a warm welcome by the host at reception for both us and our dog. We even got a cute little welcome pack for our dog which including 2 chews, some poo bags and a ball, which was such a nice little touch! Very accommodative and a great place to stay with a pet. Nice layout and a big room, comfy bed and perfect space for us and our pooch.

It’s a lovely little hotel, with fantastic friendly staff, situated in a perfect location.

The only one down fault was that breakfast tables weren’t allocated like some of the other hotels we have used over the years. We were spilt up a few mornings due to 1 or 2 people using a table set for 4 people. Staff did make a table at times but still the Entitled hotel guests should given the singular table or table for 2. I did witness a table for 6 with 2 people on it and the a family of 5 were split up.
