The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful, the receptionist helped me with get my bags downstairs when checking out and I was offered help on arrival. We had stayed at the hotel the previous year and we met the same staff on our return . We were able to park directly outside which was very helpful as we were attending a National Ice skating competition and therefore had additional heavy gear. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the rooms are a little cosy but functional.

It would be helpful to have tea and coffee facilities in the room but to be honest it wasn't an issue, there are facilities in a communal sitting room and guests are able to take drinks upstairs.

The property has a nice little room where you can make yourself a cuppa and sit down and enjoy views of the backyard and surrounding neighborhood. This property was also well within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it conveniently located. The rooms, though simple, are well cared for and I had a very good night of sleep during my stay.

No dislikes. I had a good stay and I am thankful I was able to book this place during an overnight layover in London. Staying here allowed me to get rest while transiting through London in between connecting flights. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is on a budget, but absolutely needs the privacy of a single bedroom.

I have the best time at a hotel in Istanbul! I have been there 3 times and every time I been there they treat me with respect and kindness they went out of their ways to help me with all that I needed! Neda and Grizem are one of a kind well spoken and always understood the things I asked! Their English and energy are the best things you’re looking to a hotel! Also the G burger bar-restaurant have the best food! Everything its fresh and tasty and the staff always helps you regardless the questions they will always have a way to help! Very happy very satisfied I recommend for my English fellows and every nation

It's my first time to stay in this hotel, and I originally booked for a single room.. but when I arrived, the receptionist told me that she upgraded me to a double room for free 😍 I didn't mind if I stayed in a single room as I've read a lot of positive reviews but I am so pleased with the upgrade! It's rare to be blessed with such haha. The receptionist was very friendly & accommodating. Everything was clean and in order, had a little bit of a hard time looking for the switches for the shower but it was all good. Location was also good. It was just a bummer because I only stayed for a night, but with this experience in this hotel, I'm looking forward to book another one in the future! 😊

It was a very friendly welcoming atmosphere. The check-in was easy and quick. I also had some trouble locking my door and the staff were very patient and helpful. The staff also made me a do not disturb sign when I inquired about it. They have the "executive lounge" which was cozy and had hot water, coffee, tea and some biscuits available. The sofas were comfy and there was nice view of the garden. The view from my room (2nd floor) was gorgeous! comfy bed also.

The bathroom did smell quite strongly of sewage for some reason. The price is a bit high for what you get, as the room was very small.

The hotel is walking distance to grocery stores, buses and South Woodford underground station. The staff were quite helpful. They cleaned the room when I asked quite nicely on my 3rd day. I was told they should of told me this at check-in but didn't. They provided ample towels and also water. The WiFi was good as well. The bed was a combination of 2 single beds and the ridge in the middle was quite noticeable. Overall, I had a good night sleep. There is a TV as well. There is a table and a chair.

There isn't any air condition. The shower and toilet are in one and so when I showered, my toilet papers got wet. There are no bedside tables. The parking lot was right in front of the hotel. My room was right behind in front on the ground floor so you can hear every vehicle and noise outside and from reception, but this was not enough to disrupt my stay.

I liked: - the staff – they did their best to make us comfortable (we learned they're new owners and trying to make some improvements) - the location – we needed something for a night sleep-over at South Woodford and this was just that - the price of the room was very reasonable - carpark in front of the hotel felt secure

- the room was very small (the double bed was stuffed in the corner and we couldn't really pass each other around it - the sink was out of the shower-room just next to the window, so when you wash, we needed to put the blinds down and switch the lights on not to be seen from outside. We needed to do the same when changing – quite inconvenient.

For me it was an amazing stay. The location was spot on for me, all staff was extremelly helpful and friendly, especially the front desk staff which went above and beyond to help, to accommodate my request to check-in earlier than established and without any cost, they made my stay a fantastic and smooth experience. Everything looked very clean, my room was nice and clean, with a small bathroom inside. I booked the standard single bedroom with shared bathroom, the experience was completely different of what I was expecting, it was better than I thought because I never shared bathroom in a hotel and I was uncomfortable with that situation of sharing a bathroom but they have 2 shared bathroom for each floor and I could use any of them, also I never bumped into anyone beside the cleaners. Overall, it was a truly nice stay, the place has a very home and cozy vibe, also I would like to mention that has a nice dining area with microwave,mini fridge, they offer free tea/coffee and biscuits. Excelent free wifi and tv channels.

The hotel was basic, but comfortable, clean, quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a lounge room downstairs, open 24/7 with free coffee/tea/cold drinks.biscuits, etc. This was great as my friend and I were able to sit in comfort until deep into the night, catching up on news without having to sit in one of the bedrooms. Bathrooms were shared, but there were plenty there so it was never an issue.

One niggle was that the shower head kept sliding down the metal pole, so in the end I just had to hold the shower head in one hand while washing myself with the other. The other slight problem was that the duvet was rather heavy-weight for mid July. I would have preferred a lighter summer duvet.
