Property was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They went over and beyond in helping us out with storing baby food and out of dining hours. Plenty of parking space and location is just 12 min walk from Ilford rail station. There is also a bus stop infront of hotel making it very convenient for travelling. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing to complain about property but we came across one or two guests who were quite loud and rude but security personnel was present and gave us assurance not to be worried about anything.

Nice layout and well put together. Bed was comfortable and had a kitchen area to use. Greeted nicely despite arrival early hours in the morning.

Showed up and the bedding wasn’t changed. There were used towels on the counter. The pillows were flat and had a lady knock on the door in the morning to tell me about departure times. Also there were kids running around outside first thing in the morning which woke me up.

I don't understand the many bad reviews, really. It's a 2 star hotel. Very simple and small rooms, but it's very clean. You get what you pay for. Very affordable, but if you want more luxury, pay 5 times more for its price.

Wish the bed had bedding to make it more homely, maybe a mini fridge for milk if you stay longer. Didnt like the hold of a deposit when i paid in full.

The staff were helpfull the room was clean Even had a fridge in my room Free parking comfy bed Its not the the Ritz but for me it had everything I need And was a fraction of the price of other hotels with no parking I will go again

One of the doors (fire exit i presume) had a broken lock and there was just a fridge in front of it to prevent it being opened by other people getting into the room.

I have not received my £100 damage deposit back, it's been over 3 weeks and the hotel is not replying to my message, please could you follow this up for me.
