Lot of opinion about this hotel are not good but I can’t confirm that. For this price in London, near station where you can go whatever you want is perfectly. Of course hotel is not perfect but if you sleep there only what else needed than good bed.

I have a trust issue with all carpets in the hotels, this one looked like is there for 80 years and at least half of this time was not cleaned. Also waiting time for returning safety deposit is horrible, next time I would prefer to pay it by cash and get money back before leaving hotel.

This is a functional hotel where you get good value for the room if you are looking for somewhere to put your head down for a nights sleep. It is surrounded by restaurants some of which are open till midnight.

The security deposit of 100 gbp

It was overall very good experience. Staff were friendly and cooperative. Price was very competitive.

Rooms were so cleaned and nice. Very cooperative staff especially I want to mention here Mr Ali he is very nice gentleman.

Proximity of beach and supermarkets/ aqua park

The elevators are a bit sllow and small but nothing that is going to ruin your stay

It was difficult to find the staff when I had questions like the WiFi password or more coffee

The rooms were always cleaned daily by exceptional ladies who were polite and friendly. comfy bed , coffee facilities. My room had a few jobs needed doing but once I made front desk aware, they were fixed by the time I got back. My key door was the main issue, went through several cards within first 3 days , the loose handle may have been the issue as all sorted after handle got fixed. Breakfast was standard. The hotel was clean throughout just needs a fresh touch. Excellent location, a few doors down to several restaurants and a walk from other shops/places to eat. 10 min walk from Ilford station. Ladies and night staff very friendly, welcoming and willing to rectify issues. Kitchen staff friendly and helpful.

Lady at front desk when I checked in was rude and abrupt especially when I mentioned about adjoining rooms. Bumped into her during the week, she seemed much better. Little jobs in the room that should been checked ,before I went in. No porridge or cereals offered in breakfast room.

Friendly room service that is truly considerate and cleans your room at a later time if it's too early for you. Rooms are spacious enough(for London) and the location is great, Lidl, 1pound store and shopping street just a 5min walk, just around the corner. The bathroom seems to be cleaned every day and also new towels are hung up.

Desk is too small considering that half it the space is used by all the appliances. Mattress beyond worn out, but since the duvet is extra extra large I could just wrap myself into it and had an extra layer which made sleeping comfy.

All facility are good
