Excellent hospitality, excellent value for money. The room was as in the photos, clean, comfortable and fully functional. 24-hour reception. Breakfast had the basics but everything was fresh and clean. The area is safe and the underground (elizabeth line) is very close, about 6 minutes walk from the hotel. Special thanks to the excellent managers Kalam and Asif!! They made my stay so enjoyable that I felt like I was at home. I really have no complaints, they are professionals. Congratulations also to Sonia who takes care of the cleanliness of the hotel with her team. Keep up the good work!

Staff so nice and friendly, room was clean, Aircon working, refunded the deposit within 24 hours of leaving. Gave clear instructions for access in the evening and provided hairdryer upon request. 5-8 minute walk to Ilford station, one straight road. Would defo stay again

The bed wasn’t a double or extra large was two singles pushed together. That would be fine if there was a comforter on top so you don’t feel divide in the bed.

I liked everything including the cleanliness and staff. The location is great and within a few hundred meters from Ilford station. The staff was helpful and the street is full of great restaurants and local stores. There is very little to dislike. When I booked, I thought the neighborhood was somehow unsafe but it turned out it was quite safe the locals were friendly.

Location Excellent, 5 minutes walk to metro station, front of hotel bus stop. All staff were very cooperative; Especially Asif was very helpful and helped us on every information. All types of restaurants and grocery shops are on your doorstep.

Very well located near train station and all type of food available. Excellent hospitality by Mr Asaf and ms Maria .

The warm welcome from Asif he wos really nice and helpful room wos brilliant and so clean I stay in 4 hotels a week and his hotel is 1 of the best iv stayed in thank you asif top guy 👍

Location is good and the building n facilities eorth more than the price

The property was clean, recently renovated and comfortable. It was safe and bright. I had a great conversation with staff at the reception, they were helpful and made the check in seemless. I was surprised by complimentary breakfast, which I was very grateful for. I felt safe all throughout and respected. The hotel is clean, quiet and generally just really good for the money.

The bed was a bit hard but honestly not an issue.

It was very convenient and close to where we needed to go room served okay as a base while we're sightseeing Reception staff were really nice too was well lit and modern also security door at entrance made me feel really safe would recommend to study here for a short time only

The mattress was quite hard and the wardrobes were a little dusty and the bathroom sink did have a few hairs in it, no mattress protector in place which is a little worrying
