What I liked most about the apartment at Gunveer Court was its modern, clean, and beautifully furnished interior. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it convenient for cooking. The furniture was new and comfortable, and the TV worked perfectly, providing entertainment without any issues. Overall, the apartment felt fresh, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

My apartment was on the ground floor, and I was staying with my kids. I faced two issues during my stay. First, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment, possibly from people smoking outside, causing it to come inside. Secondly, I was expecting a door lock system that could be used from the inside as well, but the lock was only accessible from the outside. I believe there should be a locking mechanism inside for added security.

We were there for 7 days. The location itself has everything you need especially being only stops away from Stratford. Reception was very helpful prior to checking in (self check in also available). The apartment itself is clean and modern, yet comfortable & homey, so perfect for a small family. The surrounding area is walkable to many cafes, restaurants and a shopping centre. We felt safe, and enjoyed every bit of it. Thanks…Highly Recommended.

Excellent location, nearest Ilford tube station is 5-6 min walk, nearby many halal & vegetarian restaurants, 2 mins walk to grocery shops, Valtentine park 5 mins walk. Air conditioning, excellent for summer stay. Free secure parking.

Non working TV and wifi internet. Extremely poor condition of living room sofa bed. No complimentary Toiletries. No complimentary tea/coffee.

We stayed for one month at Ilford Luxury Apartments and was exceptionally happy with our apartment which was a one bedroom flat. The check in was quite easy with the staff at the office being very helpful. We were lucky to get an early check in. The apartment was very clean and spacious. A couple of minor issues were quickly attended by the office staff. The apartment was cleaned and supplied with fresh linen and toilet rolls every third day during our stay. The distance to the Ilford tube station is about 5 to 8 minutes depending on the speed. Plenty of shops around.

not really a complaint but the Wi-Fi signal in the sitting/ dinning area was weak despite the efforts of a technican. He however helped me with a LAN connection. The bathroom does not have any shelves to keep your toiletries. This could be easily resolved by the management.

Ilford is not a posh area which means there's a lot of cheap options for food. And there's a lot of them. It's also relatively near the train station so very convenient.

No dryer. I assumed when they say there's a washer, there's also a dryer. So pls incorporate this into your plans.

Had no problem with the property. Customer service was slow online and did not respond to every query I sent via message, which made me feel quite anxious. I was worried about not getting my £300 deposit back, thinking they might make an excuse to deduct part of it — but I was wrong, and the full deposit was returned to me.

Before we started our trip it was hard to get in contact with someone about picking up the keys. We were arriving on a Sunday, when the business that normally hands out the keys was closed (there is no one on the actual accommodation site, it's all automated codes). We tried sending a couple of messages in booking.com, but they were not answered. However, after ringing the accommodation's phone number, their staff member was very helpful, and arranged us to meet someone at the reception of a near by hotel. That person was very helpful and getting in from there was easy. The accommodation is nice and modern, with all the amenities described. The area is quite and peaceful. There are a large range of stop in the Ilford shopping center (about 500m walk away) and the Elizabeth Line train station is also the same distance nearby.

The rooms did not have great sound proofing, you could occasionally hear other people talking, but while were were their all the other guest were quite, so not a real problem.

Excellent apartment with parking space for the car!

Insufficient accommodation instructions. We had to call the phone phone and then visit the building of the other hotel. This is more in instructions to get in advance instead of wasting time in place and instead of ringing the phone phone.

The property was excellently located near shops, buses and the train station. The apartment was clean and had everything that was advertised.

Following the given instructions to get into the building to access the key safe was confusing. Maybe a short video on how to use the door keypad would help. Once inside the building everything was excellent.

Property was well located and ideal for our needs. It had secure parking which was a great bonus for us. We enjoyed our stay.

The walls were a bit thin, and we found we could hear conversations of the tenants above and the neighbours next door. Which was a shame but nothing the host can do about.
