The most likeable element of my stay was the friendliness, professional and helpfulness of the front of house staff. Olga and Artim went out of there way to ensure I was comfortable and enquired uni required any further assistance. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and well kept. The bed and pillows excellent quality ensuring a great night sleep. I have now stayed on a number of occasions. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk away with 20 minute links directly into central London where a room would cost 200% - 500% more per night. After year of IHG and Hilton guest membership I have now made Best Western my go to stay location.

We were here for family vacation to see the sights of London and this hotel is next to bars, restaurants and markets where you can find everything for everyday including a larger shoping centre nearby. Most importantly, it practically sits on the Ilford Elizabeth line station and can get you to London extremely fast. The staff at the hotel is very forthcoming and friendly and will fullfil any wish you have. The room was very clean and tidy and quiet. As we were with a small kid we had a feeling we were making the most of the noise but not really (after day of walking we went to bed early and slept without any problem). Heating was on for the cold nights and can be regulated easily. Price was also great, and we don't have a problem to find where to go next time we're around. Will come back definitely, for business of for pleasure.

The rooms we were given were side by side. We got an upgrade to an apartment style section of the hotel. The beds were extra comfortable, room was clean and the staff were great. The breakfast was sumptous and satisfactory with a good balance of variety. The hotel is a few minutes walk to Ilford station with the Elizabeth Line service. There was a bust stop right in front of the hotel as well. Movement around town was super easy

Too many stairs and corners to get to the rooms we stayed in and getting our luggage in and out rooms was a hassle as you step out from the lift. We had 2 rooms with 4 beds but just one bathroom and toilet. Took a lot of planning to get our family of 6 washed up day and night as we all had to share one toilet and bathroom.

Best Western Hotel in Ilford is a very good hotel, especially because of its staff and convenient location. The staff are always friendly and smiling, which makes us feel welcome every time we visit. The hotel is clean and fresh, and it has a beautiful atmosphere. Whenever we come to London, we always choose this hotel—my wife especially prefers it. In the mornings, she can easily get coffee from the coffee bar downstairs. The lift works well, which makes it easy for families to stay here. The location is excellent too, with the train station just a few minutes’ walk away. Overall, it’s a great hotel for families and anyone looking for comfort, good service, and convenience

Staff were so lovely and professional. Hotel was very clean. First floor room for our second night was cooler.

The room we were allocated was on 3 rd floor Very small room and was so very hot had a job getting changed to go out as we were so hot. Didn't sleep no Aircon.I mentioned next morning about it being so hot , straight away the staff got another room ready on first floor which was so much better with an extra window to open. So our second night was great. Big thank you to the staff. Parking was a problem nothing around the hotel,we kept driving around looking we had to park somewhere but unfortunately we got a parking ticket only a number to ring but wasn't working. Multi storey car parks were closed by 7pm just no parking available in the area.

Best Western Greater London is in a great location for its value. It is just a 3-minute walk from Ilford Station on the Elizabeth Line, so you can get to Central London in 20–30 minutes. They offer off-site parking about a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel. It is a very busy area, so parking would be difficult to find otherwise. All the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. I am sorry I didn’t catch their names, but everyone from reception to the kitchen was kind and welcoming. They serve breakfast, which we enjoyed and would definitely recommend purchasing, it is tasty and very good value for money. Our rooms were clean, and again, considering how easy it is to get to London and the price per night this hotel is excellent value. In general, hotel rooms in London aren’t great, even when they cost two to three times as much. When we are back in London, we will definitely return!

This is not a negative point, just a bit of feedback in case it can be improved. The water in the shower was either too hot or too cold, so if it is possible to fix this, it would be great. Also, it would be helpful to provide the address of the parking space in a message or email before arrival, to make the check-in process smoother. Just some feedback, we were very happy with our stay overall!

Everything such a lovely home away from home. Natalia should be your manger great customer skills. Plus i keep forgetting young girl who makes my orange juice so sweet and beautiful who is training new staff member she deserve up grade i think her name is natalia these are the people who make this place a better place. Also a good mention to the Pakistani girl working in reception. She is so kind and is so polite. These staff make you want to spend and enjoy your stay.

I mean some of the staff can smile and have good commuication skills.

Very welcoming and friendly family feeling at this lovely Hotel. Fresh bedding and very clean I'd just want to say Thank you to Adela, Aleksandra, Aurelia, Natalie and Veronica for fresh clean bedding and Towels. Small coffi shop in the main entrance so food is available all the time Thank you to Nataliia for making our fresh juices and beverages. Most importantly the staff that take care of our comforts a big Thank you to Artem, Gul Sher, Iqra, Jamseeth, Olga, Syed and Yana for attending to our needs

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with tidy rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and caring, which made the stay very pleasant. Considering the price, location, cleanliness and comfort, this hotel is definitely worth it. I would recommend it.

The breakfast buffet could offer a wider variety of natural herbal teas, as well as lemons. It would also be nice to have more gluten-free snack options, for example bread rolls.

Breakfast was very nice. It had everything for everyone and it was very delicious. The whole building was very clean and rooms very cleaned every day. In front of reception is small cafe bar (part of the hotel) which is nice for early coffee with sweets.

The onyl thing that I didn't like was that it didn't have AC in room. It did have a fan which is good enough but it would be much better if it had AC.
