We were here for family vacation to see the sights of London and this hotel is next to bars, restaurants and markets where you can find everything for everyday including a larger shoping centre nearby. Most importantly, it practically sits on the Ilford Elizabeth line station and can get you to London extremely fast. The staff at the hotel is very forthcoming and friendly and will fullfil any wish you have. The room was very clean and tidy and quiet. As we were with a small kid we had a feeling we were making the most of the noise but not really (after day of walking we went to bed early and slept without any problem). Heating was on for the cold nights and can be regulated easily. Price was also great, and we don't have a problem to find where to go next time we're around. Will come back definitely, for business of for pleasure.

Hotel was really clean , staff very helpful and it's recently been updated every where seemed newly decorated. Pictures on the site are the old decor so doesn't do it justice. It was a really reasonable price so very good if you are looking for a basic small base. Area had lots of takeaways and shops and is near to the tube.

Room was a little small and was quite hot but it is a small hotel and it was a warm weekend. Fine for couples.

The policy with the deposit which, even at the hotel is saying that they released it at the check-out, it stays blocked for more than 8 working days. Mine is still there, it was not unblocked yet. The hotel says that the bank need to release it and the bank says that usually the hotel is keeping the deposit for so many days without releasing it for no reason.

Location good for those not bothered about being in central London 3 mins to Elizabeth line Busy neighbourhood but my room at back was quiet and brand new, literally as smell the paint still! It's certainly not a.flash ' chain style' BW but staff very good and ideal as solo traveller.

Coffee machine or even a.pot of filter Coffee at breakfast not sachets would be nice

Excellent accommodation. I read some negative comments but our stay was great. We were on the first floor which looked like it had been upgraded. Our room was spotlessly clean. A large bathroom and shower. The hotel is on the high street but we had a quiet night sleep. Breakfast was excellent fully cooked and continental. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

we took 3 rooms for 7 people . ie one was triple room . The check-in was smooth . The rooms are well maintained but small. the free continental breakfast provided is the same from monday to friday with some additions on saturday and sunday . The property is near to Ilford metro and bus station . There are lot of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner . Overall nice 7 days at BW Greater London @ Ilford

I like the staff's education and respect for the customer. The boss is a goddamn respectable guy, you can see he's been home for 7 years.👌🤝🇷🇴🇬🇧

Cleanness - the most important thing to me when finding a bed for a good nights rest and these guys do it well!
