I liked the friendliness of some of the kitchen staff knowing that I am a coeliac by giving me glutenfree bread and bananas as I couldn't have any pastries or glutenfree cereals. That's on my personal side. My companions liked the breakfast and the friendly staff. We stayed 10 nights and would return. We used public transport which is a few steps away. Many restaurants and shops nearby too.

It was the first time for us that a hotel keeps 50 pounds on hold when checking in. We had to wait 22 days to have the money released back as we used the revolut. As help to others I would like to add that on other type of cards this will take less days .

Had a problem with booked room, problem was resolved very quickly and another room was found, all members of staff involved with resolving the issue, did so quickly and very professionally, I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean white covers on the bed, fantastic breakfast with crepes, cossants, juices, fruits, vegetables,coffee, tea, ham, sausage, eggs, cooked mushrooms and more, So Wonderfull!! Anna at the front desk was exceptional, very informative, friendly and nice!! The ladies servicing the breakfast area are wonderful! They work very hard!. Close to underground, and bus transport into London and more. 2-3 trains to London, depending where you go! Close to a wetherspoons pub for dinner.

Tiny room, but that's the way it is!

The location was great. Very close to station. Ideal for going to Oylmpic stadium and to London. Breakfast good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Price very good.

Just one quibble, your staff had a meeting from 7am to 9am sitting right outside our bedroom window in the court yard. The tables were right up against our window and were facing into our bedroom. Also children were playing too. So in morning couldn't open curtains or window and it was very hot. We heard every word of meeting. You could put the tables in the middle of the courtyard facing opposite direction. Start a little later with meetings.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. The staff were nice and helpful, location near the Elizabeth line was good. Everything worked really great.

You could hear voices from the hallway really clearly, so that was a bit disturbing during the nights.

Great location, easily accessible and has shops nearby for dining, takeaways and also has a nearby shopping complex. Fantastic and super helpful staff to attend to the finest details and make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was freshly made, hot and tasted great. You have a good assortment to choose from the buffet and kick start your day in a great way. Personally had a great stay and was glad to have my road bike in my room during my stay.

Rooms could have been slightly bigger.

Firstly I have to mention the amazing staff. Especially Anna, nothing was too much trouble. Very quick check in, even though I arrived a lot earlier than expected. But Anna make sure that I was checked in and that my room was available. The location is perfect, very near the train station and I would advice that you use the York Road Exit at Ilford train Station, which is just 2 mins walk to the hotel. I would highly recommended this hotel. All staff were very professional. Especially when one evening a very rude guest was professionally assisted by another member of staff who was on duty. I didn't get his name. But yet again I have to give him 5 stars for the amazing way that this young man handled what could have been a very nasty situation. All in all. Well done for making my stay an amazing experience. Will definately be returning there soon :)))

Nothing I could say that I didn't like

The staff at the front desk we’re brilliant but two members stood out with exceptional customer service skills , the man’s name I don’t know but the lady’s name was Anna , every time we’ve spoken she’s made me feel at ease immediately, every issue we’ve had (not many to be fair) has been dealt with both quickly and efficiently, how she even manages to understand me is beyond me , but when conversing if she misses something she politely smiles and asks to be retold , assets to your company these two members of staff great attitudes and hopefully will go very far , the cleaners also deserve a mention brilliant at what they do and couldn’t help but be impressed on a daily basis , well done everyone 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Orange juice at breakfast is not a daily occurrence, how is this even an issue , apple juice some days orange juice others , Seriously man 🤦🏼‍♂️ , once again the kitchen staff are very friendly and efficient get the orange juice out daily and their up their with Anna and the the main man 👌

Reception staff were very helpful and polite and were very helpful in allowing us to extend the use of the car park for a few hours after checkout

Nothing really. This is a budget hotel and provided what I was expecting

We booked a triple room and a single room for 1 night, both rooms had everything needed for our stay. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were a little tired but clean. Ilford station is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Mattress on the single bed in the triple room wasn’t comfortable.
