Loved the pretty blue room with all the knick-knacks in it. Good to have a kettle to use and the shared facilities were fine. Great location for me, and the fact I could park my car on the street for £5 a day was fantastic. Easy to get the bus (from main roads on either side of the street the accommodation was located) into town. Host was very quick to reply to my queries.
Ideally I'd have preferred to have healthier choices for breakfast. Host provided kettle and various teas and coffees plus packaged croissants, cakes and biscuits in a cupboard in the room. Too sugary for me, so I just bought some rolls, cheese and butter from the supermarket instead.

Vicky was a kind, funny, and chatty host; she was also very very flexible with me as I was sometimes working to funny timings! I felt I could come and go as I please and make myself at home. The room was lovely and spacious, it looked into the garden and was well furnished (if rather quirky!) with a comfortable bed and soft towels. Bathroom was also perfect for use and necessities were provided like shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. There was a microwave, small fridge, and kettle as well as some other provisions. The area is a little walk from the city centre (30 minutes) but suited me perfectly. Broadly quiet house with peaceful surroundings, I felt safe in the house and the surrounding area.. I managed to do an interview from my room to give you an indication of how minimal a problem other guests / dogs barking was!
This was not a problem for me as I am a dog lover, but anyone booking should be aware that there are four dogs at the B&B, they are small (bichons, as per the property name!) but they will bark at you, and there were a couple of occasions they chased after me and came into my room. Some people might consider this aggressive behaviour or not like this very much. Just ask for Vicky to keep them in a separate room and it will be fine - they were otherwise no real issue. More breakfast options would have been lovely, don't expect a Full English or anything like that, just small provisions in the room like porridge, baked goods etc. Again, this was not a problem for me but people should be aware when booking.

The location is excellent. The place is near bus stops, shops, a coop market, cafes, and restaurants. You could walk to the university or take a 10-minute ride on the bus. The landlady and her dogs are very nice. The building is old but the rooms, particularly the bathroom, are kept clean.
It was really cold in Oxford but the radiator was not always working. There were, however, electric heaters ready for use in the room.

Attended the Country Campfire Festival at Cutteslowe and Sunnymead park, Oxford - which was approximately 5-miles from it. The accommodation I stayed in was the Single room, which was adequate with TV, refreshments. and a comfy Single bed. The location is off Iffley road so it was ideal for the City of Beautiful Oxford..
En-suite; however, had the bathroom next door to room

Vicky is a kind and warm lady. Her b&b boasted a warm, homely atmosphere. I was a lone traveller and being a young girl I felt anxious leading up to this stay, but when entering all the anxiety drifted away! Just to mention, She went above and beyond for me, by dropping off to me my toiletry bag I had forgotten. I was having an operation the following day at the local Oxford hospital and she was so kind to bring it to me, which made me so happy and comfortable. Her beautiful Bichons! Are so cute!!

The location is great, 3min to the bus station and 10min to the city with the bus. A very warm welcome from the host and a clean room equipped with everything that you need.
There was a bit of a funny smell in the corridor but not in the room itself. The mattress is a bit thin and the bed squeaks but the duvet is warm and the sheets are clean.

Friendly host, clean and quiet accommodation, toiletries provided and city centre a 10 minute bus ride away. For what I paid, it was very good value for money.
The breakfast oats could have used some milk to go with them. It might be worth considering putting a fridge in the first-floor hallway, that way guests can help themselves to milk.

The host was very accommodating and understanding. I wish I could have stayed longer to get to know her better as she was easy to speak with and interesting. Every little thing has been thought of and is there for you to utilise. There's tea and coffee and some continental breakfast items available. Although the bathroom is shared, it's right there next to the room. Parking is on street but it's well lit and felt quite secure. I found everything quite welcoming and comfortable and would return.

Comfortable bed and kind host. Breakfast in the room is excellent. The location isn't far from downtown; you can reach it by bus or enjoy a nice walk. I had a great stay!
The room met my expectations, it was great for the value.

Vicky is very kind—she let me drop off my luggage so I could explore Oxford without carrying it around. It was great! The BnB is close to the bus stop, but I decided to walk along the river instead. It was so relaxing! It would be even better if there were curtains instead of just a blind.
