Had a wonderful stay( our 2nd time staying).Really clean ,staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us A-nice walk down to Oxford centre,but buses are frequent.It has a lovely pub oppersit ,that do nice meals.I throughly recommend staying there.

Nothing to dislike.

10 mins bus ride to city centre, good price, easy check in, large room, comfortable bed, secure and quiet, great value for money. Don't expect luxury for a low price it's just a normal 2 start. If they renovate, the price would definitely double as it's a lovely building.

A lot of uneccesary stuff in the room like 4 lamps, ironing board(can sit in the bathroom or cupboard) and TV can be mounted on the wall instead of having one dressing table and one tv table but nothing else.

Lovely town house in a prime location at the end of a bustling high street. Adequate facilities for the price, accommodating staff, and clean rooms. Mere metres away from shops, local businesses and bars.

It is cheaply finished, equivalent to staying in a students room that’s had an hour or two to clean up. Miss-matched decor, questionable design and furniture choices, “landlord specials” with regards to finish and paint…. it isn’t a premium stay but is adequate to suit requirements.

I didn't personally stay in the room but my friend did which they said it matched all their expectations and they had no problem of fuss about the room. The owner contacted me around midnight to make sure my friend was there which is beyond the normal expectation.

Can't complain. It fulfilled what my friend required.

The bed is extremely clean, and there is a big radiator that helps to warm the room nicely. The bathroom is even cleaner. My favorite part was the availability of packages of tea, coffee, and milk, which helped me to ameliorate my headache when I woke up. The proximity to the main roadside is also a plus. The house is literally located next to a bus stop to number 1 or 5, which makes it easier to get to the train station.

I booked for Amazon, but then on the day I arrived the messages were coming from Athens which made me question myself, is this a genuine place, on top of that, I was many times approached to be asked when would I arrive, although I made it clear during my booking.

No breakfast; milk and biscuits in room. The “guest house” is more than one building so after collecting the key we had to walk 2 bus stops away to find another building which had our room in it. 7 different types of shampoo and no shower gel, the door makes a noise like a 1970s low budget spaceship, and the touch lamps are class. Big up the ginger rings.

Amazing location and really great rooms. Facilities were really good and the host was super friendly and helpful. Had a really late check in because of travel delays but the process was really smooth. Rooms were designed really well and loved the decor. Everything was really clean. All in all, an amazing experience and would recommend highly.

Great location for O2 academy

The only downside was they allow smoking in rooms consequently there is an embedded smoke smell in the room which takes some acclimatising to as a non smoker

It was simplistic and the beds were really comfy. Good for a nights stay

Some general signs of wear and tear but this is to be expected, wasnt really disappointed

The staff is very good, the boss is also very good, and the cost performance is also very high!
