Spacious and airy room and bathroom, unusual in a B&B, complete with a very welcome fan given the hot spell, tea/coffee making facilities with plenty of tea/coffee/milk/biscuits. Shower over bath with safety handles and good hot water flow. TV c/w Netflix and great free WiFi access. Fresher furnishings would greatly improve the look, but with full Welsh breakfast and on site car park included in the price, we think the Parsonage was good value for money. Last but not least, the location in the picturesque village of St Florence, peaceful but only 5 minutes by car to the hustle and bustle of Tenby!

The room was a great surprise when I saw how spacious it was and I loved the natural feel of the building and the location. The food was decent and the staff were great. The beer garden was also really good and they have a pool table etc. if that takes your fancy.

The TV had no signal and therefor I couldn’t watch anything, literally nothing! Luckily I took my laptop with me and was able to watch a movie on Netflix but this was regularly interrupted by lack of internet signal. The internet was hard to connect with and kept dropping off, regardless of where you were.

Large bedrooms and ensuites. Ample parking. Double room in the main old building, particularly, had character and nice view of the village church across the front garden. Good traditional breakfast options and restaurant produced nice meals for dinner. Good pumped shower (steady temperature) in the bath.

Smell in room when we arrived but this was sorted out quickly by the manager. Some people might find the staircase a bit tricky and in the main building we could hear (good) live music from the bar - but this did not go on late. 5 or 10 minute drive from the inn to Tenby North Beach car-park.

The staff on arrival were very welcoming and communication regarding the room was great. We had some lunch before we headed up to the room & it was well priced, tasted good & lovely presentation. The ceiling fan in the room was a blessing as it was warm during our stay. Towels & toiletries, biccys & condememts were a nice touch. The breakfast was lovely, staff very attentive & everyone has a happy feel about them. Also in the bar area, pool table & sports tv.

The room we had seemed to be situated above a smoking area, so every now and again the scent of cigarettes drifted in. A net curtian or blind would be useful for a little more privacy during the day.

Couldn’t fault anything as some of my family were staying elsewhere and to what we had was exceptional to where they were staying xx The staff were so friendly whatever we required were there to help Breakfast was fresh with a great selection also lady that served you was so welcoming and with a happy smile some places it’s hard for them to smile xx clean and comfortable loved it we be going back for sure such a friendly atmosphere somewhere for all the family to stay keep up the good work xx

Couldn’t fault anything and that’s being totally honest cause our stay was enjoyable in every sense from arriving to leaving xx

Lovely little village pub offering B&B. Friendly staff, clean rooms and lovely cooked breakfast. Good value for money. 5 mins from Heatherton. Rooms equipt with TV, tea and coffee facilities. The lady who served breakfast was lovely and welcoming in the morning. The bar was cosy with the log burner lit when we returned in the evening.

Bathroom could do with updating a little, shower was a bit noisy? Very good size though and very clean.

Excellent location for our needs. Staff were wonderful; the lovely man who booked us in carried our bag up to the room (I cannot remember the last time this happened at other hotels!), and the lady taking breakfast orders was especially pleasant. Everyone was helpful. We ate at the hotel in the evening; good food and reasonable prices and breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and warm and had everything we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Stopped at this a this Inn on several occasions over last couple of months, for several days at a time. All the staff have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Really enjoy the included cooked breakfast though cereal is also available. Free parking. Lovely location in small friendly village. Price is competitive for the surrounding area. Good evening meals are available.

What can I say, rarely do you stay over at a place where everything is exceptional. What a find! Parking easy, Food amazing, Staff couldn't do enough for us, Room, stunning, shower and bathroom, superb, all spotless. Sky Sports on in the bar for the footie, even the TV in the room worked flawlessly and the Free Wi Fi was rapid. Finished off with an amazing breakfast. This was part of a 4 day road trip for us and easily the best place we stayed during the trip.

Excellent location for our visit to Heatherton. The food choice was excellent and breakfast substantial. The staff were very friendly and assisted with the pool table issue (sensor had gone so wouldn't recognise our coins), but the staff were happy to assist.

There was a couple of barking dogs when we first arrived but that soon stopped, there were a few cobwebs in the bathroom but nothing of any issue or that impacted on the stay
