The location and the spacious living area and kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. I found the bed very comfy, but my husband found it too soft and didn't sleep well. Cooking facilities were good, as was the wi-fi. Handy having a parking space to use out the garage round the corner but it did mean the front of the car blocked the pavement.

Lack of glassware - one wine glass and one flute in a property that sleeps 6 was disappointing. There was nowhere to sit in the garden, despite it being shown in photos and advertised as having garden furniture. The garden looked pretty neglected, not helped by the plastic 'grass'. So much more could be made of it. The cottage itself was lovely though.

Space, and the kitchen was sociable. My son enjoyed playing the games provided and my daughter made use of the tv.

I felt that it wasn’t as clean as I’d expect. We found a dirty mug in the cupboard and just felt that it needed a deep clean in areas. It was grotty just wasn’t gleaming like you usually find accommodation when you 1st arrive.

The location was perfect. good size/clean and everything you needed for your stay was available in the cottage. Nice good size kitchen with everything you need for your stay! off road parking available too.

The smell of damp hits you as you walk into the cottage. the cottage definitely needs updating. sofas/flooring downstairs need replacing. garden needs updating/cleaning too, although we didn’t use it but I wouldn’t want to sit in it. bathroom taps not easy to use as water flows against the sink rather than into the sink making it difficult to wash your hands. Front door was difficult to lock/unlock, to the point my hands would hurt whilst trying to turn the key.

It was very spacious and good for the money. Nicely decorated.

The toaster wasn't big enough. There was no iron and ironing board and the surfaces were sticky.

loved the location, was only 10min walk into the town. clean and tidy.

The small bed was really creaky. The kitchen tap was hard to use as it was like a shower attachment so couldn’t fill water bottles very well or the kettle as the lid was glued on. UHT milk that was provided, was out of date.

We loved our stay at the cottage, it had everything we needed, it was clean and cosy. The cottage is in a great location being just a minute or two drive to the centre of Tenby and a few more minutes to Saundersfoot. I would highly recommend staying here, and would book to stay again.

The cottage was so spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. Also so close to tenby town and the beaches. Would book again sometime.

Didnt provide bathsoap and enough sugar in the kitchen

With 2 small children and 2 dogs, it was too far out of town. We booked due to having a garden……the garden was a piece of astro turf. Lovely house and nice area but just wish it was a little closer to town. Distance meant we had to drive everywhere.

Really well presented and clean perfect size and a pretty goof location

Not great if you have mobility issues because it is at the top of a big hill
