Lovely place, friendly staff, very clean, made the room up daily with fresh towels, toiletries, toilet roll, tea coffee, even little touches like crisps water biscuits, food was lovely downstairs in the pub, nice lively place, really enjoyed our stay. We paid £550 for 4 nights, a little pricey I thought for rooms above a pub but then it was in the heart of Tenby so to be expected, would deffo stay again

All I can think of is the tv didn’t work, we left it the first night, second night one of the lads tried to sort it, but couldn’t, we managed to get it working eventually but no biggie. They left us a bottle of Prosecco as a sorry maybe, which I thought was a great touch.

Right in the middle of bustling Tenby. The location was great only mins walk from stunning beaches and right in the middle of the beautiful town of Tenby.Lots of restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep. First time in this amazing little town. The atmosphere was great. The hotel was old style with uneven floors, old style decor, small bathroom.Beds were huge and comfortable. Lots to see and do in this town. Beautiful old stone walls around the town

Bathroom bit small and had musty smell.

The location could not be better, everything was a step away. Really nice and helpful staff, in fact all Welsh people I talked with were the most wonderful and warm people. The room was very comfortable. Just what we needed, with a lovely balcony.

The shower could be more spacey and waking up to bottles of beer and wine being dragged off the building (our room was just facing the beer garden). I still gave this accommodation a 10! This was all part of a great experience.

amazing location, right in the centre of tenby. although above pub and in bus area it really wasn’t too loud. the bed was huge and the tv was an amazing bonus (as well as a fan which was great!). upon arrival we were taken to the room which was nice. the room and bathroom was also incredibly clean. absolutely would stay again, couldn’t have been happier with the hotel.

could be noisy outside but that’s inevitable. also got a little hot in the room but the fan helped

Fabulous stay, central location and above a nice pub with good food . The staff were really nice , helpful and friendly. Also room was very quiet when the pub closed. Access the rooms down a side entrance without going through the bar area which was nice and convenient

Problems with working the tv. - needed a younger head on it. Could have asked the staff to help but did not bother us - too busy out and about enjoying the area

Convenient location, clean, friendly staff, great pub and beer garden below. Nice touch with crisps/snacks and water provided each day.

It’s a pity they don’t offer breakfast, but we knew this upon reserving and there are plenty of options to eat nearby. Also there’s a kettle in the room, so you could also get pasties and bring them back to the room to have with your tea. The bedside tables and desk could be updated, even just paint them white which would spruce up the room a bit.

Comfy room & the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Food was delicious.& served quickly considering it was busy there.plenty of outside space available to sit outside. Up early and one of the staff made us a cappuccino. The location was central for all amenities. Lovely atmosphere inside the pub. Plenty of chairs and chesterfield lounge sofas to sit on too.

We booked with booking dot com. I think we paid over the odds instead of a direct booking. No lifts available- struggled with stairs as both have knee joint problems. No availability for breakfast.

Great location, a lovely friendly pub downstairs. The rooms were very spacious and looked newly decorated with new carpets. The king-size beds were very comfortable with excellent bedlinen. The balcony was a bonus, but the decking needs jet washing as slippy.

The entrance and hallway were a bit shabby, particularly the carpets and decoration. The bathroom in one room needs updating as there was a small amount of staining and black mould in the shower and around the base of the toilet. The towel rail was very rusty.

The hotel was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Close to many shops and food was served in the pub.

We told the host there were no chairs in the room to sit and we were told it was an oversight to be rectified as the room had recently been revamped. We understand parking in Tenby close to hotels can be a problem but parking was a distance from the hotel and wasn't that great.
