Lovely wee place, and it's great for an overnight stay. Would recommend 👌 (the bedding could've done with an iron, though) parking is easy. Pubs nearby.

The fact that the check-in is not until 4 pm. I found the proprietors a bit off hand when we wanted to check in earlier. The rooms seemed to be cleaned ready. I don't see why they couldn't give us the key code early. We had driven for some time and wanted to freshen up before we went to a family gathering. Unfortunately, we couldn't. It's a shame this is the only thing that lets it down. It's a lovely place.

Beautiful village, with 3 pubs, the manor restaurant, post office, cafe and nice and quiet. A lovely easy walk to Cissbury Ring, wonderful views from the walk around the ring. Easy drive to Arundel, Worthing, Fishbourne with it's fantastic roman villa.

The accommodation was fine, no fridge but compact. The only minus was the pubes in the shower before it was used and the hair in one of the mugs. Maybe put another bowl to add to the one that is there or remove a spoon.

Great value for money, comfortable bed, heating works, all the basics provided and Dee, Dee's cafe across the road does a fabulous breakfast. Great to have parking just outside and access was easy.

Would benefit from a small fridge, there is only a kettle and microwave, some crocks as advertised. All other basics are there and the chalet is charming. We are not ones for complaining but the carpet needs a thorough hoover and spring clean, in particular underneath the bed and skirtings, this was a shame as everything else was clean, so it let the side down rather. Is the hoover being used in need of replacement, perhaps, just a thought, a deep spring clean would make all the difference. otherwise well maintained.

Location is perfect for Worthing and is in a beautiful village which was very quiet. Room was clean, smelt fresh and the bedding was crisp and clean. Perfect for an overnight or weekend break.

Shower was a bit cramped and there was a crack behind the sink. But this is being hypercritical as the room is excellent value for money and would not stop us staying again.

Location was in a lovely village, definitely a spot to pick if you want a get away from life or out of the hustle and bustle of local towns like Brighton etc.

The parking was a little tight if someone used took up your parking space , which did happen to us the once It just made it a little awkward after our day out to park somewhere else. Me and my Partner did feel we needed a little more space for our 4 night stay. But we still enjoyed ourselves

The location was excellent for what we wanted which was to be near a wedding venue . Clive was great when I phoned him to say I had mislaid the message with the keycode on and messaged straight back. The room was very clean and had everything needed for a short stay

The spare bed in the family room was very squeaky and it seemed every time my step daughter moved in her sleep it squeaked and woke up either myself or my husband

Comfy and cozy with everything we needed, located in a nice village in a great location.parking was fairly easy to find. Great nights sleep in a quiet room and was warm. Tea and coffee options with additional biscuits and the toiletries were a really nice touch. Shower was warm and really powerful.

Only minor bits- struggled to get the wifi sorted. Sofa was a little uncomfortable if you needed to sit in the middle, and banged my head walking down from the bedroom on the low ceiling.

mirrored a hotel room with TV and facilities to make the stay comfortable. quiet location and no noise from adjoining rooms.

the single bed creaked on every move so a bit of a noisy night with my mum turning over constantly, the sheets and towels had stains but I appreciate they can't be replaced every time this happens.

The location was perfect for me. The guest house had everything I needed. Loved the balcony. Good carparking. The staff were very accomodating of my requests for check in.

The guest room could do with a bit more attention to cleaning and details. Dust and cobwebs in corners need to be removed. Empty handwash bottle. Also need a place to hang coats (not inside the bathroom)

Decent sized room which was clean, well decorated, and well maintained. Expected something far more basic with a "motel" feel, but was much better.

Road and neighbouring rooms could be quite noisy with the thin walls. The limited heating also struggles to keep out the cold. Probably reflected in the price, to be fair.
