Staff and breakfast were excellent, although this hotel is located a bit far from the city centre, I would highly recommend it.

The hotel itself, is a real gem. This is due to the following reasons. Number one is the staff……totally efficient and able to address and solve more complex travellers issues.As well, from front desk to room attendants, I was greeted each day with genuine enthusiasm regarding customer care. Number two is hotel amenities…….. gym, weights, mats, all with the rooftop view…… who wouldn’t want to work out!? 😃 And of course, the wonderful rooftop swim spa which you may book at your convenience for private use. Loved it. Number three is LOCATION….. it simply doesn’t get better than this sweet Punta Carretas neighbourhood. With the hotel right on the Rambla, there is shopping and the fantastic selection of restaurants all right around the corner. Meanwhile, back at the hotel, you have always got the wonderful view……

Nice view over the beach. The room we selected had a corner view, which was nice. The food was good and the breakfast buffet was nice. The room was clean and spacious.

We had an early check out to catch the bus. However, even though we mentioned the previous day, we would leave before the breakfast would open, and they did not help us get something like a croissant or something similar.

We chose this hotel for our last 2 nights in Uruguay. We had an Executive Suite on the 10th floor overlooking the River and the City. The Hotel met our every need and expectation We took the opportunity t use the leisure facilities and watching the sunset from the rooftop jacuzzi was extraordinary. We dined in the hotel both nights and Felipe the restaurant manager was attuned to our every need with some excellent recommendations. We left the hotel totally satisfied and at the same time a little sad that our stay was over

The location is great: beautiful spot and near great restaurants and Punta Carretas Shopping! The staff was super attentive, resolving all our requests. The breakfast was fenomenal and in a dining room by the rambla.

The hotel is a classic one. In my opinion, they could renovate the furniture, as they begin to feel old and old fashioned. In our room, a table lamp was missing, that the staff had to brought our request.

The location was the highlight. Gorgeous view of las ramblas from the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was bountiful, beds were very comfortable, and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Last, we would recommend the hotel's masseuse Klaudia who was fantastic.

There’s nothing not to like about this property. It’s not exactly updated but the place is incredible.

We loved our stay at Cala di Volpe. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The delicious breakfast is well worth the $14 with fresh fruit, egg dishes made to order, and an espresso machine. The neighborhood is charming with several good restaurants, the beach, and a mall.
