I liked pretty much everything. The pool was good and the water was very clean. The room was exactly as it was advertised.

The bathroom was not bad, but a bit old. The shower stall wasn’t the best and the shower itself was really low. If you’re tall you might be uncomfortable during the shower. There was also a little bit of a bad smell coming from the drain. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but it was noticeable. My friend stayed on a different floor and he also reported a similar smell. It wasn’t from lack of cleaning from the room maids though.

This is a very well located hotel in Montevideo. With a bike you can go almost everywhere within 15min. The rooms are very spacious. The spa is really nice, not big, but does the job. It has got a sauna and a steam bath. The staff is really friendly and professional.

Some staff do not even bother speaking only a little bit of English. Considering it is a good 4* hotel, this is a bit unusual. The breakfast is a bit simple. You can ask for a cappuccino, but it is gonna cost you 4$. Only a few little things would spice up the breakfast and make the hotel awesome.

We got a very clean and cozy room number with a comfortable bed, kettle, a little fridge and other facilities in a good condition. The bathroom had enough space and was well-equipped. The cleaning and towel changing were every day. The staff was very attentive. We liked our location: 10 minutes in the bus to the center and in a walk distance from the sea area, shops and restaurants.

Really crowded pool area, not enough space for the visitors. The breakfasts are simple and almost the same every day.

This is our second stay on a Dazzler Hotel. First one was good but was missing some things we were looking for. This Hotel had everything we were looking for. Location, cleanliness, price range and good room. There many restaurants near by, stores, parks, bus service, exchange office so on. Good neighbourhood.

Parking for a day was 15 dolars. Too expensive for Hotel Customers. Breakfast could be a bit better.

Great Hotel, friendly staff, clean room and super comfy bed! The comfy bed was really what made it worth the stay. Breakfast was good, Sauna super hot (towards the end of the day) .

The Hotel has seen better days, but they are trying to bring it back. The Breakfast got a bit boring after a couple days, more vegetables would be nice.

I appreciate there was gluten free bread and cookies. I liked the spa facilities as well. The room was very nice and clean.

The check in lacked information, which we had to ask to be provided (e.g. about how to use the spa facilities and the breakfast time). It was not that we had bad service but it could have been better. There should be alternative milks like delactosed milk.

Great location, with a vast choice of supermarkets, stores and restaurants at walking distance. Public transport available to key touristic spots in other neighbourhoods. Swimming pool in the rooftop with amazing view of the bay especially during sunset. Nice spa with jacuzzi, sauna and hammam.

Breakfast was generous and delicious, but it was exactly the same every day of our stay. The rooftop swimming pool was closed for a whole afternoon and evening for a private event.

In general it's a good hotel for its money. It has a spa and swimming pool on the top floor. The restaurant is great with a good menu, and selection of author cocktails, but a bit expensive and deserts could be improved, they got too many dulce de leche variation

Rooms feel like it needs a renovation, the swimming pool in the spa has to be cooler, not so warm.

Although they have a very good breakfast, they don't have early breakfast for early travelers or coffee maker in the rooms. Breakfast starts at 7:00 am and we couldn't get a cup a coffee before heading to the airport. We enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi; a nice touch after a long day visiting Montevideo.

I loved the ambience at the hotel, the check in was smooth. The staff at the counter were extremely polite and very helpful. I loved the cleanliness of the room and the facilities provided to the guests staying at the Hotel. The quality of hospitality was top notch and the fact that the hotel was fully booked is evident from its popularity.

Being a vegetarian, perhaps the options were limited. However, I think it is in line with the general trend in Uruguay. The food that was on offer for vegetarians was fresh and good.
