The front staff at the reception was terrific, very friendly and attentive. It was great to have daily room cleaning if we wanted. Cleaners were lovely. The bed was very comfortable in this bachelor style suite (not a true separate bedroom). The location was excellent as it is close to the beach, the best bakery (Wild), and easy access to busses. The area is very walkable and felt safe. Having the bikes to borrow was a bonus, with helmets and locks available too. We loved riding the Rambla!

As a long stay, we found the kitchenette with its basic utensils, small frying pan and a single small pot very limiting. The staff kindly found us a large knife, when we asked, which was very useful. It would have been nice to be able to cook a full dinner. There was also nowhere to comfortably eat a meal as there is no table other than the desk, and only one chair. The two bar stools at the kitchen counter are not that functional as there is nowhere to put your legs. Adding a pull up table from under the counter would rectify this easily. The bathroom is very small and someone with mobility issues might have difficulties managing.

When i made the reservation, you web site gave me a price of PESOS $62.000 which traslated to aprox to USD $62. The hotel charged me USD $90 per Day. It is a HUGE diference. Why? I would like a refund of the diference. Regards

We love the apartment in general and we loved how close it was to the beach.

One of the staff members was incredibly rude. He hated life and he hated everyone he had to talk to. Also, if you're planning on cooking, you might want to think about a different place. They didn't have sharp knives and were missing a lot of other kitchen, utilities. Basically you can boil water and microwave something but we wanted to chop vegetables and they looked at us like we were stupid when we asked for a knife that would cut vegetables.

The room has all the facilities required for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and utensils. Bed was comfortable and even the smaller room was sufficiently big

The shower area is very small. There is only one charging point in the smaller room. The receptionist gave me an extension board so that helped. Maybe it should be given as a default. Room was cleaned daily but they did not change the sheets often, would have expected once a week atleast

Location is perfect and the room was as expected. Comfortable and clean. I stayed just for one night so need a comfortable bed and a place where can do some little work so based on that it was super useful. Receptionist was kind giving me the opportunity to do the check-in prior to the hour published without paying any additional money. Price-Quality is good.

Very good location, and public transportation. Small bathroom but with present en very clean. We had a superior room and it was perfect for a tree week stay, also the kitchenette. The garage was also good enough for a medium size car with a perfect car lift.

Jou must take a very short shower because warmwater shortage.

Great value for money. Excellent location and great facilities. Specially the sauna which is free to use and do not require appointment. Room was very clean and looked like all furniture was new. Room is ok for 3 persons (size + confortable sofa). I would stay here again!!!

Hotel is very well located in the main avenue. Reception clerks were very friendly and treated us with extremely kindness. The apartments are quite comfortable and clean.

Difficult to find and park the car at the first arrival. But after knowing how to park it was easier.
