Very well located. Close to nice restaurants and a shopping, with direct access to the Rambla. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The walls and doors are thin, and if you happen to have noisy neighbors, it becomes a nightmare. Fortunately the personnel acted and contained a very loud person at 1:30am… Also, when we arrived the room was ready and available, but they would have charged us 30usd if we chose to enter before check in time. In many 5 stars hotels, they allow you to do an early check in of the room is available and ready.

Everyone was very helpful especially those that worked in the restaurant. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety not just cereal and fruit but bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and a variety of potatoes. The seafront is close for a brisk morning walk and very little traffic noise. The room was well appointed and water replenished in the fridge daily.

I liked the location and the room. It was clean and matched my expectations. The price was also really good so I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The staff were friendly but it felt like they did not really try to help if we asked for help. For example they said all bars were closed during a Wednesday night despite them being open.

The room was big and had a nice view to the WTC of Montevideo Thanks to the nice wether I could enjoy the rooftop solarium and swimming pool

Although the room was spacious it lacked a comfortable armchair to relax and read inside

Good location with nice neighbourhood and lots of restaurants around when you do not need to stay downtown. Competent & efficient reception personnel, good in-house restaurant. We booked well in advance and got a spacious corner room at a very decent price.

Good location in the best part of Montevideo, close to water but like 15 min from beach. Nice rooftop pool, huge bed.

Bathrooms need to be updated, changed the room because of a big sink leak, second room had a missing shower head :)

Hotel is located near the promenade by the sea. The rooms are spacious, clean and large, and the bed is comfortable. The staff is very friendly, expecially Mathias from the reception, who was always ready to help and talk with us.

Staff were very friendly and quickly fixed an issue with my room. Good breakfast selection and they have a great deal with the restaurant for 2 courses for $20 usd. Would highly recommend.

My neighbours were noisy but that isn't the fault of the hotel.
