Placed strategically in front of the Tres Cruces shopping mall and bus hub,it is a very convenient and comfortable base from where to reach all your touristic or business destinations in Montevideo and surrounds. The apartment was equipped with all what I wanted: desk to work, wifi connection, kitchen and a nice bathroom. According to the uber drivers, the area was not one of the safest. however, you can get an uber or cabify from the property's door and go safely wherever you need to. Or you can walk to the shopping mall.

The staff were helpful. The property was clean and the wifi worked well. It is close to the bus station, so you can dump your bags and start your holiday.

It is a fair trek to the old town, but that is the price you pay for being close to the bus station. It is not fair to criticise the property for this, but the truth is that Montevideo really is not worth visiting. It’s pretty dull. Even the 1930 World Cup stadium was closed. I have given the property an 8 because it is decent accommodation with helpful staff in a frankly not very interesting city.

The staff for super nice and very helpful. The apartment had a full kitchen with a stove top and a microwave and a refrigerator.

While there were adequate plates and frying pans, there were not any utensils or things like dish soap and facial tissues. Those are minor comments because there was a little store around the corner where we can get whatever we needed.

Replace carpeting in hallways. Have a repair person on staff that is alert to things that need fixing. Give Jorge a great raise like 20% at the least. Give your repeat customers a special discount.

As in the pictures. Good location, close to the tres cruces bus terminal. Silent place and very clean.

Laundry was never available, tried several times. Parking is not good, specially if you have a big car (almost impossible to enter).

Service was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very good, I appreciated having separate bedrooms.

It seemed like there was ongoing construction. The shower door did not close properly. But none of these things took away from the total experience.

Location (when I found it) good, staff good, beds comfortable.

A bit shabby, only one coat hangar. We were going to a do and needed to hang up our dresses. The worse thing was the map location made the hotel difficult to find as the road is split by a tunnel and the map point is wrong. This needs to be changed immediately.

Great property located super close to the main bus terminal (tres cruces), great value for money, nice terrace on the last floor! I would surely come back here in case I return to Montevideo

Excellent location near to bus station

There was a cracked tile in the bathroom room floor which had water seeping from it - not pleasant!

Great location with supermarkets nearby and busses going everywhere, even long distance ones. Friendly staff, reasonably equipped apartment with a kitchen and overall great value for the money.

Some maintenance issues like windows that don't seal well next to a busy road, leaking shower, broken fridge, broken elevator call buttons. But most problems were quickly resolved after talking to the reception.
