I was in 10001, the suite up top. Super spacious and the balcony is huge. Huge doors to open up or use the AC if you want. The bus station is literally across the street. The grocery store is the closest entrance to the station (it's also a shopping center). The jacuzzi tub was great. Nice big bed.

I paid $160/night and that felt overpriced for the area and the overall feel of the place. It's probably more like $120-130/night to be fair. It's in a kind of sketch area. However, if you're taking the bus and can't find a cheaper Airbnb I'd opt for this. With the money saved on Uber to the bus station it's then worth it.

I like the little restaurant with home style cooking. The people at the front desk in the daytime were great.

The hotel is not as user friendly as others in Montevideo at a lower price. The place seems to have too many rules and restrictions. Examples: There is no water in the room except from the tap. At least one bottle of Salus would be great. Two is the standard. There was no one to open the door when I arrived after midnight. I waited outside in the cold too long. Finally the front desk man appeared. He wasn't the friendliest. I gave him $100 to say for my $80 room and he refused to give me change in pesos. So now it is an inconvenience because I need to make a special trip to change it. Maybe he is just following your rules, but if so, this is unreasonable. The man didn't give me a room key when I checked in and started serving another customer.

Very conveniently located if you need to be near the bus station. Clean room. Comfortable bed and good shower. Toiletries are decent quality for the level of hotel. This is my favorite hotel in Montevideo if I'm in transit (if the price is right as it can vary a bit)

Unless you need to be near the bus station it's not a good location. Checking in can take a while as they sometime can't find your reservation. Only one trash can in room is in the bathroom which is inconvenient.

very efficient and friendly checkin and out, the place is steps away from the bus terminal, super convenient. taxi stand is also there, so getting to airport was super easy. very comfy room and bed, lots of space, window opens (!), which was great to get air. euro and US tv channels, but some dubbed.

there is quite some noise outside from bus traffic and also people talking in groups. bring ear plugs if you want to keep the window open. (there is AC but I didn't try it)

Location -- right across from Tres Cruces bus station and shopping center. Excellent bed and bathroom facilities, prompt and courteous service from staff. TV needed fixing, staff was sent immediately. Shopping center a great advantage to pick up necessaries.

Room ceiling needed cleaning. Not many real food choices in and around the neighborhood.. The shopping center provides a variety of options, but in the end it's all fast food -- not for foodies.

The room was big and confortable, very modern and stylish. There was even a minifridge, a microwave and an electric kettle, but no tea or coffee, those would have been a real nice to have since we were there for just one night before having to go very early to the airport to go back home and breakfast started at 7:30 and we had to leave earlier, so there was no chance to at least have coffee before leaving.

The location was in one way very convenient because we arrived at Tres Cruces bus station and this was just across the street, but we read it was not a very safe area to walk around. If you're planning on staying there, consider taking an Uber to be on the safe side (ubers can be quite expensive though).

Was coming from Punta del Este on a bus in the evening and heading to Colonia the next morning, and this hotel was perfect for a short overnight stay in Montevideo. Literally across the street from the bus station, though not a lot of good food options nearby (I refuse to eat in a mall), but if you're willing to walk 20 minutes, there's plenty of good options.

I know this is ridiculous, but the fake wood vinyl floors cheapened the room. Everything else was lovely.

Friendly staff, location near to bus terminal/shopping centre, and about 18 minutes walk to Military Institute of Higher Studies (IMES).

There is no iron and mineral water in the room, no USB port also, but can ask at the front office to borrow a plug adapter.

Beautiful. It was so clean and convenient location. Directly in Fri t of the bus terminal and shopping centre at Tres Cruces. Breakfast was great. Staff super friendly.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Also, the location is wonderfu;l..the hotel is in front of a shopping mall.

There are few options of vegetarian/vegan food around. Also, there are many homeless people who approached us.
