This hotel is conveniently located just a block from the seafront. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with quiet air conditioning and a fridge. The bathroom is a good size, with excellent hot water and strong water pressure. The 24/7 reception is staffed by friendly and helpful team members, day and night. Breakfast is enjoyable, though it could use more fresh fruit options. The gym is clean and well-maintained, but it would benefit from having a decent set of dumbbells. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily return!

Great location near the beach and right on a bus route to Tres Cruces bus terminal in Montevideo. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there was a nice shopping mall nearby. Plenty of cambios nearby to exchange money. Glorious ocean breeze and nice rooftop space for suntanning. They let me stay up on the roof for a couple hours after check out which was much appreciated.

Breakfast could have some fresh vegetables and staff can clean the tables and dishes faster after someone finished breakfast. At 8 am there were no clean knives and forks available for arriving guests. The light on the balcony stays on while night it's impossible to turn it off.

Breakfast was good, especially because it's very difficult to find fruits and vegetables in most dishes in the country. My family appreciated the fruit salad and fresh juice that were always available for breakfast. The staff is absolutely the best. They're professional, very helpful, and always available.

Facilities are a bit outdated, but everything was very clean and organized.

I recommend you take a power lead for all your electrical needs. We had to unplug everything to recharge our phones etc. Not impossible but inconvenient and we didn’t have much. No socket near my bed so I had my phone in the bathroom charging

Nice hotel, the staff is kind and always ready to help. The location is very good, in the famous Pocitos neighborhood, with good connection by public ttransportation.

Breakfast room seems small for all the host, sometimes there is no place available. A suggestion may be asking the guest the time for breakfast, in order to distribute them.

I stay three nights. Once the room was not properly cleaned by the maid (it looks he/she was in a rush and didn't pay attention to details such as: cups used with liquid were not removed/replaced. Bathtop had a leak, when we took showers the water leaked outside.

The staff were very helpful arranging for very early morning taxis to the airport and ferry. Breakfast is very, very good, as is the free afternoon tea. We enjoyed being able to buy a beer and glass of wine at the bar. The location is excellent, near bus stops and restaurants. We stayed here in 2012, and the hotel seems updated from that time.

The room was very clean, but it felt a little damp due to proximity to the waterfront.

Location is great if you want to be near the beach (which in my case was exactly what I wanted) and close to basic amenities such as transport and shops. Breakfast was varied and some of it changed every day so you get a good selection. Room was a lot larger than you'd expect in most hotels. Basic but super clean and very comfortable bed too.

Staff are OK though not wow in my mind, especially the Reception team that could be a lot better. The cleaning staff and bar/breakfast room staff were superb. Some of the hotel needs a bit of TLC and just some love but I would stay there again for sure.

My stay was great! Breaksfast was fair, even though lacking fruits, location was perfect, near multiple restaurants and a shopping center and the room was very cozy! I would highlight the wifi connection, which was just perfect - I could work with no problems.

The 'fitness center' is very limited, I actually looked forward using the treadmill as it was quite could outside for a run, but it was not in a great condition, I was not able to use it. That was the only downside on my stay.
