I liked the overall stay, Prince and his manager took really good care of my people and accommodated us like we supposed to have been treated the first time. Also the two young ladies that checked us in and out did a amazing job as well not sure of her name but she was training. But still went above and beyond.

I hated that we was told the bar close at 12 but when me and the group of people came with me at 9:46p.m. the lady at the bar was very rude. She expressed to us she had been there all day, need to get to her son and only had 2 customers. Also she made sure that she told everyone in a rude don't give a damn tone she was about to close at 10pm. Didn't care that me and my family was about to cash out at the bar and help the Marriott business that she didn't get earlier. Even was offered a $200 tip to stay. And she basically refused our services.

Well decorated and very clean. Location makes it possible to walk all over downtown. Maybe a bit far to walk to campus for some, but doable to avoid stadium traffic.

We booked through Booking.com, but double charged, once from Booking.com and others by the hotel. It took 3+ weeks and multiple calls (at least 5 with a few emails) before it was corrected. Staff was very polite and going through training. The hotel does have wonderful people working for them. It was just stressful to see 1 charge go to 3 charges with crediting challenges. I was also never offered any sort of rebate or future credit. Getting one was not my goal, but just disappointed. We were very patient and professional to all through the process

Good location….

The bottom of the shower was stain and didn’t look clean, call front desk and they sent someone quick, she explained to me they have been and still looking for something to clean, only one evaluator was working which made the way a little longer….

property was fine … only 2 staff members were friendly a girl at bar the night we came in and a girl the next day at front desk the others all looked down to us like we weren’t good enough to be there . The food is AWFUL please tell me people don’t actually eat that mess . It was definitely not teen friendly either which we were there with a group of teens from a school . Shower and The Lobby smelling good was the best things about this place . Will not return unless absolutely necessary.

Reception staff were really friendly. Location is perfect, wish we had more time to explore Tuscaloosa. Breakfast was good, free parking until 8am at the front of the hotel. Water pressure in shower was good

We was greeted by a friendly staff person who welcomed us as if we were home. We had traveled five hours he offered me a cup of their complimentary coffee to help me relax and unwind from a day of travels

The hydration station on our floor wasn’t working but I’m sure it’s been repaired

The location is perfect. The staff was amazing everyone I encountered.

The room was not child friendly the sharp corners and platform bed has sharp edges that will catch your chin and it's painful.

Modern amenities. Mattress was very comfortable…slept great ! Shower was really nice. Daughter slept on foldout bed. She said it was comfortable. Parking was close to door & seemed secure.

Wife said room floor was not clean. Her white socks turned almost black on the bottom.

The amenities that were offered. The fresh water, coffee, and lavender were all beautiful touches to the place. The employees were hospitable and helpful.

Starbucks table setup by elevator. Hydration station and there is a community floor microwave. Bathroom was very nice and had two shower heads. Love staying downtown and plenty of parking.
