Bird feeders were placed outside the building so we could watch the birds while eating breakfast. The large, open breakfast area was bright and cheery, warm, excellent service and presentation of foods.

The room above his was empty the first night, but the second night there were tenants. The sound of their footsteps came through quite loudly. They ran the exhaust fan in their bathroom all night, it was like a little helicopter was running in our bathroom, the sound of the vibrations from that strong fan was loud even though I wore ear plugs. I have to say the noise was not noticed by my husband.

Breakfast was just right, cooked to order and served in a large room filled with the morning sun. There was a wall of widows with a beautiful view overlooking cactus gardens and mountains. Wine was offered in the evening while we relaxed outside enjoying the peaceful view of desert mountains and many birds. There were many cozy areas inside and out to sit in privacy.

The location is remote, perfect for anyone who is looking for an escape that is quiet and pretty. The inside of the house is light and bright and welcoming. The host is kind and welcoming. He had a fire going in the fireplace and bottles of wine open if we wanted a glass of wine. We had French toast for breakfast in a light bright open room.

The rooms are not plush. They are simple and clean and were everything we needed but they are not fancy.

Doug and Teah were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are large, beds comfortable, and entire B&B very clean. It has a comfortable, cheerful, homey feel to it! A few minutes to Tubac AZ and a great breakfast too!

I am a very early riser, so would have liked a single cup coffee maker available in the dining room, but an assortment of tea and hot cocoa was available, so wasn't a big deal.

Very comfortable and felt like home with privacy. Lots of sitting areas inside and outside. Both hosts and other guests were very pleasant. A cooked breakfast was nice.

Unfortunately the restaurant next door did not reopen after COVID. About a 10 minute easy drive to either Tubac or Green Valley for dinner which you would do in most places anyways.

The hosts at this B & B were very nice. Location, although somewhat remote, was close to nature and nearby parks and attractions (you need a car). Close to Tubac, Patagonia park, the missile silo museum, and other things. Breakfast served was wonderful. The hosts allowed the use of a 220v outlet for charging electric vehicles - very thoughtful. This was very much a huge guesthouse - there was a lot of space.

For those addicted, there was no TV in the room.

lovely location and very comforting decor etc. ideal for luminaries as well as exploring region.

breakfasts were a tad predictable and while Doug’s pancakes were great, tired of scrambled eggs. Since I have neck issues, the oversized pillows were not for me, but able to improvise using other pillows on chairs.

great country get away. close to the village of Tubac Az

big great property. lots of room to roam. the inn has large rooms with great baths. like stepping back in time to old So. Az owners were great and helpful. breakfast to order dining room light and open with views for ever.

Beautiful location, great place to stay close to Green Valley and within 1 hour of Tucson. This B & B is a well kept secret!! The spacious lodge and lovely dining room make your stay (outside your own room) a joy. The desert yard with its walking paths, beautiful pond, and benches is just beyond the lovely outdoor patio. From the patio and the back yard you have a gorgeous view of the mountains!

The property is amazing! The whole set up is gorgeous with amazing views of the mountains. The outside patio was a great place to relax. Our room was comfortable and spotless.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was spotless and beautiful.
