We ate breakfast at Moby every morning, had the same waitress every visit. Her name was Kassandra, she was very attentive to our needs. She remembered how Ron liked extra sugar packets with his coffee. Kassandra was informative about the menu and made good suggestions. Loved to see her smile, she deserves a pat on the back for Great customer service!! Check in staff at the hotel we're very friendly as well. I would say 85% of the hotel and casino staff had Great customer service. I am now retired, but did work at a Casino in Wisconsin for over 20 years.

The only thing I did not like, was going to the bar to get a soda. I don't drink and there was long lines. The bartenders were not as friendly. I did not see any self serve fountain dispenser on casino floor. Not enough staff coming around to see if you needed drinks.

This was our second time staying at Estrella, and we will definitely be back. The value is excellent, and the ability to utilize the amenities at both properties is amazing. We loved being able to have nightly entertainment at the casinos in the evening. Several dining options to fit any budget (Diner was $14 for an entree) and we took advantage of the beautifully landscaped pool and grounds of the Del Sol next-door. Alternatively, we had the option to pop right downstairs for a quick hot tub at our hotel Estrella if we preferred. Free parking and Wi-Fi are a bonus.

Nothing to comment on that we were dissatisfied with

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, the beds were a bit hard, no microwaves in the room and we were a little disappointed that my granddaughter wasn't able to go down the water slide, she wasn't tall enough, can't swim and life jackets and floaties are not permitted on the slide. I probably should've researched the rules first. No fowl on the hotel though, safety first we understand. House keeping was very friendly and provided everything we asked for and bit more.

All in all everything was comfortable for our stay The room was clean, softer beds would be nice but only that is only personal preference however adding microwaves in the room would be a convenient addition.

Love the clean, modern look, great service at front desk loved the walking distance to morning diner, Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated.

Pillows were a bit too thick...for comfort level. Both me and my friend both felt that it was a bit hard on the neck. Air quality at night was a bit stuffy...we should have lowered the air conditioner at night for more recirculated air.

Large rooms. Big shower. Comfortable beds. I asked for a first floor room and got it. Thank you! The pool area looked wonderful. Sadly, we did not bring our suits. Next time!!

The neighbors were noisy when we were trying to sleep. The walls did not keep out the sounds they made. That was a little frustrating. The hotel was out of the way for us but we’d still come again.

Great location. Great food. Very nice rooms.

There were only 2 paper coffee cups in the room, and none in the bathroom at all. I was charged 3 times on my credit card for the room. The one with the 50.00 hold and room charge was credited back. I now have 2 pending. One has a charge for a movie we did not rent. I have tried several times to reach the front desk by phone, but the calls would not go through.

Clean rooms, staff was polite and friendly, buffet is good, casino games are casino games win some lose some cant really expect much from gambling not complaining about it, overall had a nice stay, pool was fine

Prices are okay

Location is great, convenient to go to super markets, restaurants, etc. overall it meets my expectation and will book again.

wifi was unavailable for the first few days, but later got fixed. I wish breakfast could be included.

I was impressed when they asked if I preferred a sunrise or sunset view. The View itself was impressive. Definitely suggest sunset views. Beds we comfortable and the hotel was more accessible than expected to the Casino.

Swimming pool is great, location is great too, it's super easy to find on the map and you can see this building far away from it.

It will be great if breakfest is included with the price, but everything is good.
