I booked a king room with balcony, the front desk lied to me and said there are no balconies at the hotel. You can see them from outside. I don’t like to be lied to, I asked another question and it was clear they had no idea so another lie. Why can’t an employee be honest to the guest, no one gets upset if they are told and say I’ll find out & get an answer? The purpose of my visit was to spend 3 days in the spa which I reserved ahead of my check-in. I enjoyed the spa and found it to be reasonable. I hope to come back for a relaxing stay. I did gamble some & had fun. Slots were a little tight but I didn’t play thinking I would win a progressive jackpot but it would be nice to have some/more poker machines. I went to another casino to play the poker machines. Huge thank you to the player that turned my phone in to the lost & found.. I enjoyed my trip & hope to return soon

Place was immaculate. Everywhere, all the time. All staff I encountered were super nice, happy and knowledgeable in their jobs. Fantastic pool area and hot tubs. Lots of fun slots, gaming tables, restaurants etc. It gave me a mini Cesar's Forum kind of vibe. Be sure and eat at the Py Steakhouse, holy moly, absolutely fantastic! I also ate at Moby's, excellent turkey BLT. I ate at Ube also and it was terrible. Kung Pao chicken and a flambé sushi roll of some kind, only one bite of that. The chicken in the Kung Pao was weird, I'm not sure how to describe it, but very unpleasant.

Literally the only ding I can give this hotel is that there was no lid on the toilet. Just open toilet, no seat/lid combo

The property was well laid out and had many dining options. We had a wonderful view of the pool and mountains. My husband and I liked that the casino area had several different zones and the theme was very nice. The hot tub and pool area was very nice. We had adjoining rooms with our kids which made it very convenient. I appreciated the convenient location of the coffee shop just downstairs from the rooms. I did not have to walk far for my morning pick me up. The pizza and deli spot had surprisingly tasty pizza and our teenage kids loved their sandwiches. It was also a short drive to the Sonoran Desert Museum which we highly recommend if you stay here. It was a terrific half day to explore and learn about the local vegetation and wildlife. We would stay here again.

We did not care for the pillows on our bed and there were not other options to choose from. It would be nice if the hotel provided a few different selections of pillows. It was also quite a drive to get anywhere else in Tucson. We tried the Asian restaurant at the hotel and it was not good at all. I would not recommend it. We also thought the casino could use more modern/trendy slots to choose from.

Atmosphere was very nice. The room was tastefully decorated. Nice flatscreen TV. Pool area beautiful but still a little early for trying the pool out. Breakfast was not included, but the 2 restaurants we did try were great. The PY Steakhouse was particularly excellent.

A couple things were a problem. I rely on a scooter at times to get around. The doors from the valet parking spot into the hotel side had to be opened manually. If staff not around that was a problem. In the room there was very few USB connecting points which in today's world is a problem. Similarly there were not many outlets. I normally bring a power strip but didn't think I would need it. That was a problem. I would bring one next time.

We've been here for concerts & weekend fun but this was our first stay at Casino Del Sol. As we arrived, we loved the complimentary Valet parking. The room & surroundings had such beautiful decor & furnishings and were very comfortable! Really enjoyed having a Keurig coffee machine/coffees, instead of the old coffee pots. The bed & pillows were firm but comfy. The view from our room of the surrounding valley was awesome. I'm very impressed with the high level of customer service we experienced. We loved how every employee we encountered was so friendly & helpful. That was so refreshing in this day & age. It made us feel so welcome! We loved our dinner at the Asian restaurant Ume. They never disappoint! And the strawberry cheesecake at Moby's was delicious! We had a great stay...only wish we could've enjoyed the beautiful pool!

We came in on a Tuesday afternoon & were excited at the different dining options, but disappointed that the Italian & Mexican restaurants were closed on Tuesdays. Ume has very good Asian food though. We've been there several times & will be back! Over all everything was great but was a little disappointed there was no in room refrigerator or microwave to warm up our left overs from dinner.

Very nice room with the beautiful room. Soundproof walls make the room quiet and comfy. No noise from the casino. Plenty of the restaurants, bars and cafe to choose from. Nice amenities, friendly staff.

Long time to wait for the restaurant to accommodate you for lunch or the diner. Some of the restaurants not taking you without reservation even if they are empty at the moment. Spa is impossible to booked. They have to have more staff working at the spa and accommodate people in the rooms for massage like many other hotels do and not just in the Spa.

Beautiful, well appointed room. Ordered Room Service for dinner. It arrived within 30 minutes. The food was excellent. The phone rang after we finished dinner. It was the Room Service Manger asking if all was good with the service and the food. That has never happened to me before at any hotel.

The casino had zero video poker machines which my wife likes to play.

Building arqutecture & design. Pool area was really nice . Plenty of restaurants, club with live act. Rooms were nice , roomy, comfortable.

All was ok, would liked to have seen a few more slots and newer ones . Our visit was short so we didn't get to experience much. Hoping to return for longer stay as we were just passing through on return home.

Enjoyed the Buffay had good luck at the casino. Staff was very friendly and helpful right down to the dealers at the table who were willing to take some time rather than go super fast. Looking forward to making another trip so I can again enjoy this hotel.

I didn’t like that every time there was even a hint of bad weather, the pool shut down I also feel that at the executive level the room should be a little bigger, more luxurious if I’m paying twice as much for the room I want it to be pretty spectacular.

Our fourth visit to Tucson and our first to the Casino del Sol Resort. This is a real gem. Free valet parking-always a bonus. Good size room with great views of the manicured golf course, desert and distant mountains. Located a short drive from downtown Tucson with its great shopping and restaurants. The property is well maintained. The pool area and surrounding landscaping is clean and managed to a high standard.

No dislikes.
