The property is beautiful. I definitely didn't feel like I was in the city, even though I was very close to it.

We had garden king rooms, and there was another guest in the room next to us. There are doors that separate the rooms and it was very loud in the room next-door. I could hear their TV the whole time it was so loud. That was terrible. I did not sleep hardly at all, which was very frustrating. The sinks in the bathroom. When you would turn the faucet on, water would just fill up on the countertops so I had to keep the towels up there to soak up the water. The shower door doesn't open in a very easy way either. Not the best design.

Food was wonderful, service was great! We enjoyed the pool during the day and the live music at night. The grounds are lovely.

Repairs were needed to the room. The shower handle fell off on my foot while I was taking a shower. We reported the issue and we were moved to another room. This was very inconvenient but solved the problem. In addition, we were bothered by other guests throughout the night who were drunk and very loud outside our room (talking very loudly and pounding on their door to be let in). Considering how few guests seemed to be at the hotel during our stay, it would have been nice to not have been placed in a room with a connecting door (which is not as soundproof as a solid wall).

Room was very large. Big bathtub, smallish shower. The bed was comfortable. TV was just about perfect size for the distance. Room was spotless without any strong cleaner/sanitizer odor. Would be nice if those expensive bottles of water from the mini bar were chilled, it is summertime after all. Ordered room service for breakfast and the green chile pork was incredible. Price was steep but not out of line with expectations. Forgot to add the staff was great. Whomever it was that took out order; don't ever change. Your accent and use of superlatives as you took down the order made us chuckle a little. Your speedy return with our bagels was another win for the Wigwam.

Tub had no hot water and shower had annoyingly misaligned tiles on the floor that hurt my feet. Seasonal fruit bowl was mostly cantaloupe and honeydew with about a dozen blueberries.

The facilities are clean

Nice place, but the amenities (pool, spa, etc.) are spread out. Be prepared for some walking to use them. The rooms are nice, expect for a charming experience, but do not expect a truly modernized one. The major inconvenience is that the distance to the parking from the room was pretty far (with bags). The steamer I was provided didn't work. The bed was extremely comfortable!

This was my 2nd time staying here. Both times were wonderful. We usually stay in Scottsdale, but there is something special about this place. I love the history, the staff, the spacious rooms and bathrooms, and all the amenities. The grounds are just beautiful. The spa is upscale with a private pool. There are 3 restaurants onsite, room service and a pool bar. We did still go into Scottsdale for brunch and dinner. Didn’t have trouble getting Uber to/from this location. Will definitely come back. I love this resort.

We brought our puppy for testing her in travel mode. She did great because we had a Casita on the golf course which allowed her easier access to outdoors. Also we were able to enjoy in room dining so we didn't have to leave her and still have a lovely meal.

Nothing. The first staff encounter was friendly and helpful and that continued with every encounter!

Breakfast was great with a variety of tasty and healthy options. The waitstaff and bartender were all friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I would have liked to know more about hiking trail options and the gym. I suspect the gym is near the Spa but it’s not clear if guests have access or if it’s a nice facility. Also, we enjoyed the Tower Pool one day but were disappointed that the water slide wasn’t operational.

We liked the pool, the design allowed us to feel private and socialize as we choose, staff was incredible, the rooms were a really good size.

The noise was a little loud from outside into the rooms but not a huge deal. Wish the pool opened earlier since it has kid focus features, kids wake up early.

The setting, buildings and grounds were first rate Felt like a first class experience all the way We kept looking for movie stars from the past to appear. Excellent food, excellent amenities, beautiful walk in the evenings.

Room was larger than expected. Breakfast every morning at the bar was exceptional! Christmas decorations were beautiful! Couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks!!!
