There was no breakfast provided that was coffee but that was at least of my worries at least I had a roof over my head I just recently became homeless because of a misunderstanding my supervisor knew I was sick and she told me not to come back until I feel better cuz it was a lady that was pregnant in our office and when I told her what was going on she told me just not to come back which I don't think is fair but it is what it is and this neighborhood right here is not very good at all not a homeless and people on drugs but I keep to myself and this motel was pretty clean compared to the one I stayed on on I-17 and Thomas motel 6 which is hella nasty I would come here anytime

But there wasn't complimentary breakfast and the location could have been better but hey as long as I slept good and have a safe place over my head and it's all good there's nothing really wrong with the staff it's just the location but I would recommend anyone to stay here they keep these rooms very clean and stuff attends to you right away

Staff very helpful makes a maid's more than willing to allow us to not have them clean our room as we were needing to stay in there quite often

First room :The handicap bars were not in the bathroom.Nor were they in the tub too l of toilet.Portland which caused me problems to be able to get off the toilet seat as I have weak legs. Being not from this area. Should have been informed. That gate is put around hotel as a protection forecast as it is a poor area of town. This made my grandson nervous and also made my daughter nervous. We were fixing the change, but the staff was terrific.So we stayed and extended our stay

All was good clean room clean beds staff was helpful grounds keeper works his butt off cleaning up after the people who leave there trash everywhere! House keeping was on the ball. FORGOT the awesome front desk guy (forgot his name) but he always has a smile for you and is fast checking u in! He's always there at 10 am when I get to the office! Thanks guys?

Front desk workers were awesome

One of the maid was rude to us, the front desk worker ok it for us to get extra towels and toilet tissue from the maid because i work night shift. I didn't want to be bother awhile I am sleep. Our apartment, the AC went out so we had to rent two days at the Red Roof awhile our landlord fix the AC. The maid didn't want to give us extra towels and toilet until we said we are going back to office. All of the suddenly he changed his attitude and gave us the towels and toilet tissue. Other than that everything was good and awesome

I Liked that the room was clean, and me and my Guest were not disturbed or bothered by anyone. The facilities in the room worked, and Television worked and had good channels, Check Out was easy, and it was gated so although the location was less desirable we still felt safe.

The location abd east axis tu parking and room, Plus the patkubf ub frubt of door and securety. I felt safe. Thank you to all of red roof stakk. I have only one complaint. I had ptoblems with recieving daily fresh towels. I srayed for two weeks and struggled to recievibg towels

When I walked in the room smelled clean not stale and musty. The bed linens were clean and smelled good also. I was very relieved to not see a single roach. (sorry). The bathroom was clean. I wasn't afraid to lay back and relax on the bed or sit on the toilet.

Everything was good. I didn't exactly get quiet because one of the rooms next door had some small children and they were playing, fighting, yelling and was a bit of commotion. There was also some dog barking. But it was not too bothersome.

Room was clean and bug free. Office staff was friendly and positive. Good attitudes.

Even though my room is paid for, house keeping will open my door every morning to ask if I paid for my room. Need to supply "Do not disturb" hangers.

There was no breakfast 9nly microwave and fridge was great👏👏😄

Everything was SUPERB
