My room was very clean. The beds were comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the breakfast. The waffles were a big hit! The Jimmy Dean sandwiches were very tasty. They called and told me I forgot my pillow and they agreed to hold it for me for 2 weeks. Great service!!! I would definitely stay here again.💕⚘️

Breakfast: Some scrambled eggs would have been a great addition. Also, staying open until 10am everyday would be a big plus. These are just minor things and the selections might be different each day.🤷‍♀️

The simple layout made direct entry from our car to our room very easy. The room was spacious and pleasingly appointed, as was the bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and really pleasant.

I would not have e joyed the pool area, as it was small, and seemed to lack nice surroundings. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. No freshly cooked eggs or sausage as is usual in most Best Western motels A microwaved pre packaged Jimmy Dean breakfast bun was the only offering on both mornings of our stay. The egg, cheese and sausage inside the bun did not look or taste like natural food.

The breakfast was excellent. There were lots of choices including hot breakfast sandwiches, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, hot & cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, assorted juices, coffee, tea, hot coco & more. Staff kept everything well stocked & room was very clean.

It could have been us, but we had to stand up with the remote to change the channels on the TV because the remote didn't angle towards the cable box from either sitting in the lounge chair or laying on the bed.

Terrific stay! The construction is solid and the place is well maintained. For example, great water pressure in the shower, solid bathroom door, etc. It was very clean and a terrific launching place for all the fun stuff to do in Auburn. Really excellent, low key and cost effective with friendly and helpful staff. Traveled with our dog and appreciated that the "dog friendly" room didn't have carpeting so you didn't have to worry about smells from previous guests, and the room itself was every bit as nice as any of the others.

It was really close to the venue we needed to go to, the room felt really cozy and inviting, my kids really enjoyed it, the staff were really friendly, welcoming and accommodating (we needed to check in early, and Martha found us another room and also waived an early check in fee), there was the convenience of having soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of towels, had the option for continental breakfast, check in was really easy and they offered fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival! It was so convenient location wise, that a large group of other family members ended up staying there, too, that we found out about by accident…they were just a couple of doors down.

I can’t say that there was really anything we didn’t like. Everything was great!

One of the staff members, cannot remember his name. White male, dark longish hair, he was AMAZING! Did everything he could to fulfill our needs.

When we first checked into the room it smelt like ramen. The staff member was kind enough to get a disinfectant spray from his car and offered to move us.

A great location for making our escape early from the Sacramento area back over the Sierra to Nevada. Staff was courteous and helpful. Was able to park right outside our room. Good restaurants close by.

More and better quality bath towels. Had to ask one of the room maids for extra towels.

Staff contacted me immediately after booking informing me that the description on Booking.com made it seem like only smoking and rooms for animals were available when non-smoking, non-animal rooms were available at the same rate. This courteous follow through allowed us a better suited room . Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, the attendant again, very friendly and helpful.

Wished I could have stayed an extra day so I could have enjoyed the pool and outdoor lounging area.

I loved my room and bed was so comfortable and big, I loved how there was so many food options in walking distance. The staff were so sweet, my room was spotless and clean that bed was just what I needed after working a long shift as a travel nurse.

the parking lot isn’t big enough, I booked during a wedding weekend and when I got off from my job to come back to my room it was hard to find a spot but I was able to, it was just a tight squeeze and long walk to my room but just was kind of a hassle. but this is me trying to find something to complain about, my stay was really great and I’ll be staying again for sure.

We thought it was very good & LOVED the coffee. The hotel room was very clean & we really liked the location. The close restaurants are a great plus. And we forgot our toothpaste & really appreciated the free toothpaste. The size of the newer TV was great.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. Expect maybe being able to have an early check in would have been greatly appreciated
