Not a luxury place, but best you can get for the price. Room had what you need to spend the night- comfy bed with night stands, usb ports on the outlet next to the bed, a desk, nice bathroom and sink area and all of the usual toiletries. I brought an eye cover (lights are pretty bright outside, the blinds/shutters keep most of it out) and ear plugs (it is in a busy area). Everything was clean and visually pleasing. The guy at the front desk was friendly too.

It comes with the great location, but it is a bit bright and noisy. Come prepared and you won't have an issue.

This Motel was adorable it had underneath parking under your room so it was shaded we loved that we love the fact that it had a refrigerator and a microwave oven the beds were very comfortable and the room was super clean and the attendant that was there was really really nice her name was Anna. The front desk was very nice when we checked in and it was very close to the downtown area within walking distance it had a Starbucks and a CVS. We would recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice place to say that's quiet and clean and comfortable!

This was a last minute booking during a road trip, we needed a place to stay for the night. The location is excellent and there was plenty of parking on site. Don't be discouraged by the outside appearance; our room was very clean and the heater had been turned out ahead of time so we entered into a cozy, warm room. The mattresses are comfortable, and there were lots of towels for all of us.z we didn't need the microwave or mini-fridge, but it was nice to have them in the room. in the morning we had access to the complimentary keurig coffee in the office. we were relieved it was a non-smoking facility

note that this is listed on booking.com as a "double room with two queen beds" but it is actually a double room with two double beds.

Good value. Cheaper stay in Auburn. Listed as a 2 star motel, but is closer to 3. Friendly, quick check in and check out. Rooms are completely remodeled in white and grey colors. Room has a desk, mini fridge and microwave, and a small flat-screen TV. The bed was fairly comfortable and had soft, clean white sheets. Beside lighting with dimmer switches. The shower and toilet had decent water pressure. Nice bathroom sink and counter. A large vanity mirror has lighting in the surrounding frame. Very good Wi-Fi. Convenient location near both highway 50 and 49. Gas station and convenience store across the street. A 5-10 min walk to the new downtown and many restaurants. The Gold Rush Museum is a 3 minute walk away. The parking lot is large and the spaces are covered. All rooms on 2nd floor over parking. No elevators.

Rooms are smaller than average. No closet. Some cable channels on TV. The floor was uneven and soft in some places. Thin walls. The A/C was an old, musty, loud wall unit, but it worked. Electrical outlets were old and worn and most can't hold charger plugs. The motel is located near both highways 50 and 49, so there's constant traffic. Yes, there are several large trucks with loud mufflers that drive by, but that is the case throughout town. There are a few homeless people that hang out near the motel, but they never approached me.

The staff is very nice and caring. It is an inexpensive hotel so it isn't all super fancy, but the bed is comfortable and the shower and TV are fine. I booked a double queen so that we had more room for our stay . It can e noisy during the day, but we were never woken up during the night by traffic noise.

A little bit scruffy in places, some pen scribbled on the wall etc, but as expected for a motel and the things that mattered, sheets, towels etc. were very clean.

Beds were so comfortable, shower was warm and great pressure. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants and coffee and shopping. Great parking options.

Perfect Location - walking distance to restaurants, the park, farmers market, and old town. The price is great for such a prime location.

The road is a little loud but the location is worth it. We didn't hear any other people in the neighboring rooms. The air conditioner was loud and it seemed to blow directly on the bed. But it was very hot outside when we were there, and the air conditioner did its job.

Great value for the price! The bed was comfortable, room was clean, and the person at the front desk was kind. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed might have been the best Bed I slept on in any Hotel/Motel. very comfortable. it might have been new. I am not sure.

Traffic Sounds at night. sounded like cars are doing burnouts in the car park but its just lunching their cars from the traffic lights on the corner.
