The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The girls that cleaned were always making sure we had everything we needed and took good care of us while we were there. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

The bathroom needed updating. The shower was weak and the toilet was struggling to flush. Also, there was no option for a cot or pull out couch for my 7 year old to sleep on so we had to share a bed with her which is rough. We had unexpected changes in plans for our trip that put us in that situation so it's really no one's fault about the sleeping arrangements. I would have made other accommodations if I had known ahead of time.

Easy to access right off the freeway. We were on our way to Tahoe the next morning so left early. They offered breakfast, but we left before it was opened. We checked in late, but everything went smoothly. Glad to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Also nice to have a table and chairs as a small seating area.

The sink drain plug was broken, and the sink was slow to drain. Not many accessible plugs so had to unplug the microwave to charge things (phone/walkie talkies).

Very clean. Polite & friendly staff. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Ample space. Well maintained. Great location close to restaurants, Ikeda's produce stand, gas station, and my meeting location. The micro & mini fridge in the room were not advertised, so they were a pleasant surprise.

Micro and mini fridge in the room were not advertised. This would have made a difference in how I planned meals and what I brought with me. (Maybe not all the rooms have them??) That's my only real criticism. If I were being nitpicky I'd say it would have been nice to have tea bags in the room (not a coffee drinker) and adjustable heat. (The heat was pre-set and the fan was on 24/7.)

Might miss the turn if you’re going too fast, but located right off the freeway and it was conveniently close to tons of fast food, restaurant’s, stores and gas stations. Room and hotel itself are outdated but maintained. But you get what you pay for essentially. The gentleman who greeted us upon arrival was wonderful! He was so friendly and informative’

Older property needs better upkeep, especially exteriorly.

Again, the front desk personnel, great! The coffee in the room was also good. One thing I would have liked is body wash in their rooms.

I arrived around 9pm and the front desk lady was absolutely the nicest. I had stayed here before, I like the fact that they upgraded there rooms, especially the installation of vinal plank floors. I hate carpets in motel rooms because you never know how dirty they are.

Very nice property, and the room was large, clean and comfortable. About 8 minutes away from the fairgrounds. 24 hr coffee access was great.

No outlet to plug in and charge devices by the bed. The breakfast was only small packaged danishes, apples, and packages of oatmeal.

The late night check-in was efficient. Our first floor request was granted and the room was clean. Plenty of parking and easy access from the freeway. The checkout was just as easy even with them training a new front desk member.

Everything was great for our one night stay. There are two floors and the only access is via stairs. If people need an elevator then this place is not for them. We did not have any issues as we requested a first floor room and that request was granted.

Everything was adequate. Not fancy, not intolerable. It was mostly clean, but they missed some garbage in the sink. Plenty of parking, but the spaces near the rooms are really tight.

Very convenient location (about 1 min. from the freeway and about 5-7 min. from downtown Auburn). Staff was friendly, decent selection for breakfast, and overall great value.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was just fine. Can’t complain about a waffle in the morning. We were very grateful they could accommodate our pets. Overall, it was a great experience.

Maybe a little bit bigger dog bathroom area. But they provided poop bags which is very handy.
