Nice room. The breakfast selection also included fruit salad, which was a pleasant surprise.

We were looking for an accommodation with a pool, but it was closed due to renovations, which was a huge disappointment. This was not indicated anywhere on the booking site, we only found out about it when we checked in. We were really looking forward to a swim after the long drive.

Breakfast and housekeeping staff made good impressions. Front desk staff are the essential personality of the property. So the quality of their initial welcome and their subsequent opportunities to wish guests a good day or safe travels are opportunities to make an important personal impression. I enjoyed my stay. But since you asked, this is a reminder that anything front desk staff can contribute will certainly enhance the property’s appeal.

I was on first floor. Every morning at 4:30, loud voices woke me from the hallway. I wasn't sure if it was staff or people staying in rooms. It seemed that they congregate in the hallway to talk for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Very comfortable room. King suite has two rooms. One with a sofa and TV 📺. The other room has the king bed and TV 📺 nice large flat screen TV in both rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms are very clean. The location is safe. Right outside the lobby door is a Chili's restaurant. Breakfast was good. Eggs, waffles, cereal, bacon, toast, pastries, cold cereal and yogurt, juice, and coffee. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was very cold. This is our third time staying at this hotel. We definitely will stay here again on our travels. Prior to this stay, we stayed in a double queen room. It was a very good-sized room that's very comfortable. We recommend this hotel.

Nothing, really. It would be nice if you heated the pool all 3 times we've stayed in the past year. The pool was ice cold. Also, room 419, the TV said error and to reset the settings. We called and they offered to switch rooms but we declined because we had a TV in the bedroom. Good customer service!

Cleanliness of the entire property. Also, we arrived midnight driving from NorCal and were pretty exhausted. The guy upfront was great. Check in was pretty fast and even waived the pet fee just so we can get our good night sleep to drive again next day.

There are two Holiday Inn in the area. GPS took us to the other one before we got here. Need to specify the entire address.

Great location with lots of different places where you can walk to get food. Love how a night light came on near the front door and near the restroom during the middle of the night. Quiet and comfortable bed. Lots of amenities, including a self serve snack area, laundry and fitness center

I had a great stay! The location was very convenient, close to everything I needed. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept so well. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast...very good. Complimentary Crispy Cream donuts to take with us. Very clean property. Chili's, Starbucks, gas all within a block plus the outlet mall if you have time to shop.

The property really does meet all of our expectations. Have stayed here numerous times.

Being informed that they were going to add $50 to our credit card! Although the clerk apologized for this, why on earth do you do this???? You have the card number so if there is a problem it can be added after!

The rooms were clean and neat. The hotel is easy to get to from the highway.

We waited 15 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk to check us in. She was rude and couldn't recommend a place for dinner saying she "didn't live there". The hot tub wasn't hot and when we turned on the jets it started foaming up. Yuck!
