Great proximity to the parks, really cute cabin setup with the lights and all. It felt like glamping and I like feel of the hand built stuff. I’d definitely be back. Very friendly management!

It was a bit pricey for not being an actually hotel room, but I mean what else do you expect in California. There are no good deals anymore. I’d still stay there again. I guess if there were some sort of included breakfast, or even a little snack bar, that’d be cool. Given that you’re probably going straight from there to the parks where amentities are scarce, something to get you started could be nice.

I liked the cleanliness and the staff. The customer service from the staff was exceptional. In particular 2 staff members that really stood out to me were Lisa and Crystal, simply wonderful ladies.

I did not like the location, it’s in the middle of nowhere. I did not like that my booking was non refundable, and I didn’t think the price was reasonable for the size of room. Nothing to eat till about 5pm when the connected restaurant opens, and we must drive miles to get a coffee or find a grocery store. When I tried to turn my room heater on the heater started smoking, and the smoke alarm went off. Lisa did provide me with a portable heater, but safety was my concern.

The food was a 11/10!!!! Sooo delicious. We ate there for two nights once a warm meal, and the other day a salad. It was so good. Definitely made with love. Nearby Kings Canyon & Sequoia. Staff is really friendly.

Unfortunately we had mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The room was so small we couldn’t open our suitcases properly. The toilet was too close too the wall.. I had to sit sideways, and I’m not a big girl for your information. 1,69 cm and 70 kilo. (We chose for room with own bathroom) some other rooms have a shared bathroom.. but I like my privacy.

Room, or better to say full size apartment, was clean, cozy, and ready to care of your family. But even better, staff was really friendly and make you feel at home, and don't miss they cook a dream, like your grand mother at home. Excellent location for road trip to Sequoia National Park. Fantastic feline conservation center 1/2 mile away. Crazy home made pastries 2 miles away. Don't hesitate to book.

Close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon; really fair rates, kind service, easy to find and easy to park.

I’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times and it’s always nice. It’s an older motel, some rooms are small but they are great with the bed options. We chose the Hunter’s Lodge room this time as there were 3 of us; the mattresses on the beds were really great, some type of memory foam or tempurpedic - super comfortable. Great pillows too.

while room was small and bathroom almost as small as tiny bathroom in our camper, the room was adequate although outlet challenged. Chose Geenas partially due to restaurant attached and prospect of being able to have breakfast and dinner while visiting the parks. Food at restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

I did not plan to pitch a tent during my 2 day visit to Sequoia National Forest Kings Canyon. Genas's was perfect place for me to stay. It's not the Marriot but the room is clean, the location is good, the food is excellent and the staff is awesome. I accidentally left a picture of my grand daughter when I checked out of the room and within hours, the staff was able to contact her via social media(?) to verify it was her. The picture was taken in 1994! I contacted the manager and requested to have the picture sent to me.

This property was a creative use of space. I visited during winter when the restaurant was shut down for the season, I’d be excited to visit during open season. The cabins feel like an elevated glamping experience that would be fun for visits with friends during warmer months. The option for motel stays was appreciated during our cold winter visit.

The proximity to a very fast freeway. I’d be cautious with pets/small kids.

Absolutely loved all your staff members, especially Lisa and Crystal! Our room was cozy and clean. The location was perfect. We ate dinner at your restaurant and had the pot roast, which Lisa recommended, and it did not disappoint, it was delicious! Your staff at the Restaurant were all very friendly also! Thank you!

Great location for a visit to Sequoia and Kings Canyon, great options on accommodation for our price range. Had self catering options as well as delicious food in their restaurant. Use of washing machine and dryer was extra but this is normal from experience. Staff were lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
