Great location with big deck overlooking tranquil river. Rustic cabins were very nice, with everything you need for a stay in the woods to experience the beauty of the Sierra Mtns. Great access to the parks. Morning coffee provided was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Neighbors deck lights on all night diminished to opportunity for enjoying the night sky. Would appreciated if the yard maintenance was done during times when guests are less likely to be enjoying the decks; NOT in the early morning and at dinnertime.

The location was GREAT. Close to Sequoia National Park and there was a market and breakfast spot less than a mile away as well as shops 10 mins down. The backyard end at the lake which was beautiful during the day and soothing at night. I LOVED all the rooms. Two separate queen bed rooms and the loft with bunk beds.

There was a broken post in one of the outlets and the back porch and stairsbhad loose boards. The backyard wasn't really maintained and the various grills weren't really usable as they were very dirty.

We rented two properties and this was a great location which lived up to expectations. They were next to a river and one had a great balcony. There was very little noise from the nearby road. The two staff whose names I cant remember were very helpful and pleasant.

I am not sure what I was expecting for the money I paid but both properties could do with an upgrade to the bathrooms and the kitchens.

The cabin was very cozy, especially for a family. The kitchen was spacious with clean and new kitchenware which was great for us since we had to cook a decent meal for the whole family. Cabin was as advertised with all the necessary amenities. There was also really good ventilation with the fans and A/C, so it was really comfortable to stay in.

It was very dark at night since there weren’t many lights so we missed it initially. Perhaps a larger sign would help.

Loved the location, the setting is wonderful, the views are fantastic. Lots of space in the accommodation.

A little rustic, and some of the facilities were a little run down, however we arrived quite soon into this seasons opening, so I expected that the staff had not been around everywhere to check and address things when we'd arrived. Still in all an excellent venue.

The view of the river from the front porch of the cabin was priceless. The cabin, though showing signs of age, was kept very clean. Kitchen, bathroom and all were spotless.

It took us a while to realize that the hot and cold water pipes to the shower in cabin #7 had been reversed, meaning that you have to turn the handle clockwise to get hot water.

Location was amazing. Cabin was spacious and well equipt. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The loft was too hot to sleep in. The outdoor furniture was pretty dirty and i didnt see an easy way to clean it.

We wanted a place that was dog friendly and this cabin was perfect. We loved having the river in our back yard and our dogs had fun playing in the water. We also loved being so close to Sequoia National Park. Our visit was so relaxing and we enjoyed being surrounded by nature.

The TV didn’t work, but we were fine without it. The kitchen could have been stocked better.

Location is superb - proximity to river. Cozy cabin with a nice loft. Plenty of air conditioning. Staff was super helpful. I had asked for the most secluded room and they were able to accommodate.

Few cosmetic repairs needed in room. i.e. Baseboard missing in bathroom.
