Parks Inn was a fantastic, exceptional experience. A quiet, historic, authentic place. The rooms are excellent with beautiful decor. The large house is magnificent. A very charming environment, everything is perfect in this place. After a long day at Sequoia, you have a relaxing place with a pool and a terrace in a very beautiful atmosphere with palm trees. A communion with nature. Very close to the entrance to Sequoia Park. A special mention to Lisa, the owner, the breakfast was magical, excellent, everything is homemade, Lisa is an excellent cook. A place to highly recommend. Only 2 nights, but we wish we could have stayed longer. An AMAZING place. Very highly recommended

Nothing, all is amazing

DELICIOUS breakfast! it is impossible to describe, it is a signature service for this place. Close to the entrance of Sequoia national park. Beautiful outdoor living space- you need to see. It was a problem for me because I didn’t want to leave the hotel. Clean swimming pool. Not too much chlorinated.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work well - but I did’t care as I enjoined my time and actually no internet connection only helped with that. The room itself is not big enough, but outer space compensate it well. We were traveling with two kids and had one king room, I wish they have rooms with two queens.

Traditional house a bit like in the movies. I felt like I was staying at a grandma's house with the decoration from another time. Lovely front and back yards with a pool and big garden. We did not have time to use them as it was a short night. Breakfast was homecooked and nice.

We arrived after our day of hiking at 7:30pm so there was none left to receive us but there was an envelope with our keys for us. There are not many options in the area for diner and everything closes early in the mini town next to it so plan your diner ahead at the exit of sequoia park or stop in a restaurant before arriving else you won't eat. There was not enough lighting on the corridor of the second floor and one of the rooms we rented had the bathroom in the corridor as opposed to inside the room.

Breakfast was awesome. Beautiful presentation and delicious. Really enjoyed eating outside by the pool and never had such wonderful orange juice. Bed was very comfortable. Paintings in the room are very pretty. Lisa is a wonderful host.

Ceiling fan in bedroom was missing a chain for the fan. Impossible to have the light on without the fan. GFCI outlet in the bathroom was broken and could not be reset. Bathtub could use a soap tray. Could not set tiny soap on the wire shower caddy hanging on the wall. Availability of refrigerator, microwave and water dispenser was not pointed out.

The breakfast was amazing! The host was very kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The bathroom situation is just so weird. This isn't a secret and you can tell from the pictures but it's a consideration. Every room is a little different. Our toilet was in it's own room but our tub was in our bedroom. A curtain goes partway, but not all the way around. It was a bit uncomfortable. Don't stay here unless you are very comfortable with the other guest in your room.

Very nice B&B style property. The owners are great and are very committed to making your stay a great one. The homemade breakfasts made by the owner are fantastic. The pool is very nice. You will get the chance to meet people from all over the world who stay there.

The shower in our room was just barely passable for use as it was very very small. This property is not in Three Rivers as advertised. There is really nothing in Three Rivers, other than the entrance to Sequoia National Park, that makes it worth staying in Three Rivers - but you will need to drive a bit further to Sequoia from this location in Lemon Cove.

A real home away from home! We felt extremely welcomed and looked after as soon as we arrived. Slept very well after exploring the national parks, which were very close by. The real highlight was the incredible breakfast in the mornings - homemade muffins to die for, with baked eggs and tomatoes from the garden! Fresh orange juice and coffee really helped set us up for a day exploring! If you’re looking for a comfortable stay near the parks to relax and feel well looked after and comfortable, this is it! Plus the pool was wonderful for a quick dip to cool off. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Parks Inn. The atmosphere here was wonderful. The house is dated, but really that just added to the charm. Everything from the room to the grounds was beautifully maintained and very clean. The owner was so kind and helpful and she cooked everyone an amazing breakfast every morning. Even though the house has not been recently renovated, the mattresses and pillows are new and very comfortable. The room had its own AC unit which kept the room very comfortable when it was 100 degrees outside. We enjoyed the pool and the great location for visiting Sequoia National Park. We would absolutely stay here again.

Low water pressure in the shower.

Don't expect to come in a modern environment. The Park Inn is an older house, beautifully decorated in a typical romantic (almost English) style. The room is spacious. Lisa is an excellent host. Breakfast in the Park Inn was definitely one of the best we had during our stay in California. Everything was freshly prepared every morning. Another highlight is the pool - one evening we had our own drinks and some finger food at the pool since it was a hot summer evening. The entrance to the Sequoia NP is about twenty minutes by car.

Nothing, all was fine.

Lovely grounds. Nice patio and pool area with a lovely large lawn area behind. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Found a couple of good restaurants in Three Rivers, a few miles up the road. It was nice and quiet. Very relaxing.

Bathroom was a set up from the sleeping area, with the toilet area another step up. Nice clawfoot tub, but awkward taking a shower for those of us who are tall.
