The staff who checked us in was super friendly and let us know what is open around in the area in case we wanted to grab a bite to eat. She also let us know that we can get a small discount at the restaurant across the street if we let them know we are staying here. We were welcomed to walk around the property or to check out the fire pits. The rooms were clean and definitely had a cabin feel which I love. The bathrooms were nice, water pressure and heat were good too. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room which definitely came in handy. I love that there was a small dinette table in the room! It kind felt like a cozy mini home.

The hotel rooms rooms were quaint and rustic, which is super cute, but we did have a small issue with mosquitoes in the room and pretty big/thick spider on the side of the bed. I totally understand we are up in the woods and thankfully, we had bug spray with us. My family that stayed with me couldn't quite get some good sleep after that. I knocked out like a rock.

Staff is friendly. Locations is great. Close to the restaurants and the stores. We even found a spot to sled near our room. The room was warm and cozy. Plenty of hot water for showers. Tv set up to log in to favorite streaming service.

No staff for check in or checkout. The note said call phone number on door, but there was no number. The bed spread had gunk on it. The dryer was out so we do not have a way to dry all our snow clothes. That was a real bummer. No breakfast provided. There was one mug in our room and only artificial sweeteners available no real plain sugar, and no stirring sticks. All in all some minor details.

Location central at Shaver Lake was the reason for our choice. 2nd time we had been there while our son and family camped at Edison campground. Unit clean. AC worked fine. Bed comfortable. We stayed in the central 8-rooms unit. there are also cabins we have no experience with.

Only VCR. We could not watch the presidential debate. Two wooden chairs hard to sit on to read in the evening.

Manager was super nice. We were a later arrival and manager called us about 15 minutes before the office closed to inquire about our arrival time and explain after hours procedures. Very thankful for that as it was our first time staying. Sometimes a simple phone call like that will ensure future bookings.

Staff super friendly and accommodating. Cabin was cute, bed comfy. The BBQ pit and patio set up was a plus Stayed at Homeymoose cabin. I'd recommend the sheets be cleaned and washed.mine had actual dirt and leaves in between the sheets. Thankfully I bring my own blankets when I travel.also the blinds could be replaced in the cabin. No central heat or air. Only a fan which did heat up the cabin.

Clean bedding, it was obvious they do not replace the bedding. Mine was full of dirt when I checked in I did not use their sheets

Cozy, clean, centrally located. Very helpful and friendly staff. Well kept rooms and grounds even during snow storm. Plowed parking lot.

WiFi signal wasn’t always available, but it was during inclement weather, so I am thankful for any connection. The place of very good and family friendly.

The location was great as it was within walking distance for everything that we wanted. The cabin accommodated 3 plus people which is exactly what we wanted. The AC & heat worked great & the bathroom was good.

The coffee was in an awkward place as the cord didn't reach the plug so we moved it lower to adapt it to work.

There was no breakfast available in the breakfast room. But Ken's grocery store is right next door and has everything you need for your stay.

I wish they had a basic breakfast available. It was raining and snowing and we were traveling with 6 adults, I wish the breakfast room was available throughout the day for games and such.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Everything was very clean and there was good wifi. Obviously this isn't the Ritz Carlton it's rustic and charming, multiple firepits and hang out spots around the property, there are different types and levels of accommodation to fit your budget, overall a great value in a great location. We skipped the breakfast and went to Shaver Coffee and Deli up the street which made us awesome breakfast burritos.

The cabin was amazing! Super cute and comfortable! The staff was amazing! I loved the fact that they had DVDs to watch! The atmosphere is great!
