The room was spacious and clean. Love the fireplace. Because the Inn is off the main road you truly feel like you are in the mountains! I always appreciate the quail and other birds early in the morning. I have stayed here several times and just enjoy the ambiance. Oh, and the homemade cookies are an extra bonus.

That I was unable to stay longer

I loved the staff. It's family owned, and you're treated as such. They welcomed my dog as part of the family. One of the family members is the wine maker. Everyone seems to take part in all aspects of taking care of the business. Their restaurant, the Idle Hour, is "off the hook" great. A decent selection of wines. The grounds are beautiful and great to walk your dog or let them run. My dog's stimulation was on a whole other level. The Queens Inn would be my interpretation of a 5 star as it embraces the beauty of Oakhurst experience and not a canned, sterile environment.

Great location and accommodation in cabin. Travelled around north and south California and this was by far the best accommodation of the trip - lovely being in the countryside, dark evening and quiet for sleeping in prep for a big day at Yosemite. Only 30 mins drive to the entrance to the national park, it is about 1 hour into the actual park but the scenery is phenomenal. Only downside was that we were staying Sunday and Monday evening and missed out on the facilities at the adjoining winery. Very short drive to other amenities - shops, restaurants and fuel station.

The cabin it self was very cute, equipped with refrigerator, coffee machine (brew), microwave and cookies :) The check in and check out are without contact. Oakhurst is a great town with many food options. The cabins are off the road so it is pretty quiet. The location is great for sleeping outside the park, just 25 minutes from the south entrance to Yosemite.

The price is pretty expensive for what you get. The pillows were not very comfortable. The cabin has high windows without shades, so in the morning all the light from outside fills the cabin and woke us up.

Room was clean, comfortable and warm-thanks to the cute fireplace. Bathroom with shower is exceptional, roomy, very clean, and being able to receive clean towels upon request worked well for us. The small patio and back yard access was perfect for our dog. It's quiet and makes our journeys into Yosemite very convenient.

We understand the pet fee, but, the pet "deposit" seems to be overkill--and, it's never clear if the deposit has been returned, or, if not, why not? It's been a very fuzzy policy for years. We also wish that there was some kind of table in the rooms for playing games and or eating/drinking. (We bring the patio table inside the room to play board games, and then return it to the patio--wish we didn't need to do that with each stay.).

The property was great and check-in was simple. We arrived late and tired so we didn’t take advantage of the wine tasting, but it looked nice. They had a live band that sounded great. We were heading to the parks so we were up and out early and didn’t join. The air was cold and plenty of hot water. We stayed in a single room but it appears there are larger cabin type accommodations in the property.

While the live music was nice, if you need to sleep early that could be a distraction depending on how sensitive you are to background noise - they did wrap up pretty early so we were fine.

Couldn’t turn off outside back light, light coming into room all night. Curtains/blinds let in quite a lot of light. The bar is nice but the Music night Wed til 10pm quite loud when we just wanted to rest in our room in peace. Rooms weren’t as good in person as in the photos (older looking). Felt like it was quite expensive for what it was (but I guess the area is quite expensive itself anyway)

location, the Kitchen rest. so good, and so convenient for a nice dinner and great brunch; winery, small bar is just right, and location near room is good; upgrades to room are well done-the small deck, the wall fireplace, all well done, the bathroom is bright and the shower is big (although the shower head could be higher for us tall people), dog-friendly is a plus! The location is quiet, and parking is easy. approx. 90 minutes from property to the Yosemite Valley floor.

Communication between Booking.com and the property is sometimes askew, and Booking .com is impossible to contact quickly! we will NOT use Booking.com to book this property again! No "table top" space in the room for eating, or sitting, etc. Just one chair in room. You may have to track down someone for check-in, the office isn't always open. There are NO EV chargers on property, and staff do not know where the closest EV charger is located (thank goodness for EV apps!)-this property (including the restaurant), could be much more inviting and convenient with at least one EV car charger on property. Booking.com should list whether a property has a charger-or not.

Quaint, clean room as one half of a two suite cabin. Great location as stop over on way to Yosemite. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the varied amenities (Wine Bar and Beer Garden, live music, etc) as we arrived Sunday evening for just the one night on our way to Yosemite. Would loved to have had another night or two to check these out.

A cosy and quiet place to stay. Especially, it's helpful for those head for Yosemite NP next early day. An excellent midway to Yosemite NP. It's a pity that I arrived lately, otherwise, we might get the wine tasting. If possible, I will get here early and join the wine party.

Because of late check-in(21:00), the front office was close. No message about the method of check-in. We take some time to spot the treasure (the key) finally. That makes me a little nervous that no place to stay.
