5 Stars We had a wonderful stay at the Beach House Inn in Fort Bragg! The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the property really stood out. It's also very accessible, which made things easy and stress-free. The price was great for the quality and comfort we received. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Best of all, we loved the serene view of the estuary right from our room—so relaxing and beautiful. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a small honeymoon since we had only a few days off. The place is in a very good location with close proximity to most of the things we had on our list. The bed was comfortable and we loved the view from our balcony. Also really liked that they provided chairs for us to seat on balcony.

The only thing I didn't like about this place is that the AC wasn't working, so apparently it's the same for all rooms or at least that's what we were told, so everytime we got back from doing something the room was always suffocatingly hot. They did provide the room with a small fan but it takes a while for the room to cool down or you acclimate to the room temperature.

I loved having a balcony with the view! It was awesome having those chairs to bring out onto the balcony too. I liked the cute coffee pod machine. The shower was so nice and spacious. It felt like there were so many little things I noticed that were so thoughtful. Also it was pet friendly! The room was so nice and I loved staying here.

The dog area was puny, but the property itself was small and not much extra space to add other areas so it is what it is. There wasn't a continental breakfast.

This room was very nice; clean and pretty with a lovely balcony over the creek/lake. Just far enough from the main road to be quiet, but very close to restaurants and shops. Also close to Glass Beach, where we spent hours! The resort across the highway is a sister property, with parking for beach access and had fire pits to watch the breakers in the evening. The room was better than expected, with a great shower, comfortable beds, and nice layout.

A little more than I wanted to spend for a night on our road trip, but definitely worth it. No complaints on the inn, but I will say the road in from the north was an awful drive. The forest was beautiful, but the windy roads were just too much. If you get motion sick, I highly recommend highway 128!

Very clean and comfortable. It was across the street from beach access and outside of the busiest parts of town.

There is no AC in the units, so we had to open the windows. We were on the ground floor facing the parking area, so it was a little uncomfortable for us. Especially when someone parked literally right next to our window (not an actual parking spot, btw) and someone's bright headlights hit the mirror through a gap in the sides of the curtains and lit up our room with LED light. So, I'd recommend asking for a room on the upper floors or not facing the parking lot.

Centrally located, but not right on top of a bunch of other people and hotels. Dog friendly was a plus. The standard size room with a balcony was clean and looked like new bedding. The exterior was also beautiful, it looked like it was freshly painted, and the landscaping was another added plus, the grounds were well taken care of. The bathroom (sink & and lights) were dated but clean and damaged free. I will definitely stay there again.

Nice room, comfy armchair, comfy beds, decent view and good location. Room was impeccably clean. Loved the thoughtful patio furniture and enjoyed watching the night herons moving slowly through shallow water in the dark.

Upstairs guests had small children running around who sounded like a herd of elephants. I would ask for an upstairs unit next time. The invasive jubata grass visible from the porch made me a little sad.

From check-in to check-out, the staff was pleasant and responsive. It was close to Sea Glass Beach -- if it hadn't been for the road construction right there, we would have walked to the beach, but that didn't seem like the safest option, and there was plenty of parking at the beach when we went. We enjoyed walking through town; the model railroad behind the Skunk Train depot was remarkable! There's a marvelous used book store on the main street. Eggheads Restaurant across the street and the chocolate shop were both delightful!

What I didn't like was, quite honestly, completely beyond the control of the hotel or its staff: the construction going on right outside our balcony. So while it impacted our 2 days there, no markdowns in the ratings because of it.

We loved the fact we got to soak in a big enough tub that my husband and I can be in it together and actually relax as a much needed vacation! And watch TV at the same time. Loved the gentleman in the front desk. Very polite and seemed like he enjoyed working there. Great customer service. Loved that we could leave the back door open the whole time we were in there.

I really can't say we didn't like anything, truly...

Limited/no assigned parking I had to park on the other end side of the resort because some snob in a kia parked in front of the building despite their room not being in our building! Kinda stressful with your traveling with a child with a disability. . .
