Hotel was nice and had some family members call in worried about when I was going to arrive because I had just spent Christmas with family in the Jackson Mountains (at what I would call a Nice Cabin and drove through unpaved streets=dirt roads and no streetlights basically in the forest) Needless to say your front Staff person working the night shift was so pleasant(she had gotten numerous calls from my daughters worried about me) it had me in a comfort level that made the stay excellent walking in the front doors at 10:30 at night. When I woke for breakfast, everything was awesome.

Woke up about 4-5am and good thing I did not go into my bathroom (possibly someone in the room on the floor above me had a leaky tub/or leaky pipes) because my bathroom floor was soaking wet and in looking at the ceiling in the bathroom the ceiling was leaking quite a bit of water, I let the staff know (a person was in the hallway checking on early checkouts, so I flagged her down and showed her what was happening in my bathroom) the staff apologized and I just checked out. I am sure that they repaired the ceiling and the leak.

Breakfast was good.

Our payments were not correct. I booked through Booking.com - 2 rooms where you pay at property. My card was charged for both rooms before we even checked in even though the other party used their card thinking they were paying for their room as they were told was happening. Their card was charged $100 and mine was charged for both rooms. Have used Booking.com numerous times, even at another Holiday Inn Express and have never had this issue. It took multiple phone calls and us two parties to get it straightened out. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I did not get to breakfast in time, however your staff offered access to some of the breakfast items available. This was exceptional service and kindness. I truly appreciated the gesture, although I did not take them up on their offer due to time constraints.

I liked the entire stay at your property. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

The location was good, easy to find and though it was on a main roadway, the traffic noise was minimal inside. The room was clean and comfortable.

The price for a one night stay, not a weekend or holiday and not in a popular vacation destination was high.

We arrived at 9:30 pm, the front desk staffer was very friendly even though it was a busy night. He said he was aware many folks were checking in because their kids were taking an SAT the next morning, so he would be serving the complimentary breakfast items earlier than normal so the kids would be able to grab a bite before their four-hour test. Really considerate and above and beyond service.

Rooms were clean and furniture updated. Breakfast was great with a large variety to choose from.

I didn’t like the fact they charged my credit card for all my friends 7 rooms, when I specifically called and told them that we will check in and pay with our own credit cards. Took 3 days for them to reverse the charges, then they charged my for incidentals too.

Clean and comfortable. Great location to explore from.

Desk staff was not very welcoming. She didn't seem to care if we were there or not. She got us checked in but that was all. Breakfast attendant just the opposite. Warm getting from her each morning. Ice machine was out of order, minor inconvenience.

Friendly staff and I enjoyed the fitness room. Breakfast was good.

Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast area. Very nice outside patio area.

Bathroom door auto shut. Gets old.
