This was for our FAMILY CHRISTMAS, arriving on Christmas Eve to 4 Double Rooms to accommodate the 11 of us. Four Generations Deep. WE HAD A BLAST! We ate well, enjoying the Asian Restuarant on Christmas Eve, the Buffet on Christmas Day and Breakfast the next morning. We played well in the APEX Entertainment Complex on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We slept well in such a beautiful, comfortable room and just had an OVERALL GREAT TIME for Christmas 2023! We plan to return for our Family Christmas and stay an extra day!

WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE, from the huge Christmas Tree and all the decorations to the warm greetings from the Staff. WE shall return in 2024!

THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT! WE WERE VERY, VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE BREAKFAST AND THE TASTE OF THE FOOD! THE SERVICE WAS TOP QUALITY & OUR TREATMENT WAS TOP NOTCH! WE WILL RETURN IN A FEW WEEKS! DINNER AT THE BUFFET ON VALENTINES DAY WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! WE COULDN'T HAVE PICKED A BETTER LOCATION LOCALLY TO SPEND SUCH A GREAT DAY AND EVENING! IT WAS ALL WORTH EVERY DIME SPENT!

THERE WAS NOTHING I DIDN'T LIKE! FROM THE TIME WE GOT OFF THE EXIT TO US PULLING UP AND RECEIVING THE VALET TO CHECKING IN TO GOING TO EAT TO EXPERIENCING THE FACILITY TO RESTING TO HAVING BREAKFAST THE NEXT MORNING TO CHECKING OUT, THERE WAS NOTHING I DID NOT LIKE! WE WILL RETURN AGAIN THIS MONTH!

cant wait to go to the buffet again, its a nicee casino with a lot of fun stuff to do. gambling didnt feel like i was getting robbed, did ok, i hit a lot of small bonuses. a lot of machines and good ones i liked

no complaints really other than room being expensive but also partly becuz we booked last min and was on a Saturday, i really liked it. i will come back, and bring people

Great new hotel. Even though connected to the casino, no smoke smells. Very upscale. And the security was excellent. They checked your room key before using the elevators. Staff was very nice and accommodating. If you don’t like your gamble, there’s a separate floor for arcade type activities. Golf and racing, bowling. It was a great date night! Air conditioning all throughout.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, which made for a comfortable stay, and the view was chef's kiss. I appreciated the complimentary valet service—such a convenient touch. APEX was a fun and lively spot, especially if travelling with kids.

Walking through the casino to get to APEX was a bit of a downside due to the smoke.

The race track was fun. Bowling was good. Overall it was a good experience.

Lack of open restaurants and lack of room service. Verona Cafe: We went down for breakfast and it was food I could get out of a vending machine. I had to ask them to heat the burritos. I asked for plates and they said they don't give out plates per the owner until the kitchen staff comes in. What??? Why are you even open then. No convenience.

Casting to TV doesn't work. When I asked at the desk if they could have someone fix it, they said it has never worked in any room since the hotel opened. Either fix it or remove that option from the TV so guests don't waste their time trying to get it working.

The staff were very polite and helpful, I was glad to see the complimentary coffee and sodas in the casino, the slot machines were fun and somewhat generous, good food selections , a good place to bring the family for bowling and arcade fun. I loved my room, the tile is the shower was very nice.

I don't have any complaints...it would have been nice to have a breakfast deal .

Breakfast was good for a to-go breakfast. I loved how well-appointed the rooms were. The check-in staff was super friendly.

I stayed midweek, and it appeared that only cafeteria/fast-food restaurants were open. It would have been nice to have a sit-down option for a nice dinner.

Such attentive staff and service.. welcoming.. staff remember you by name and everything about this place was wonderful 💯.. the rooms were fabulous ..The food was delicious in both places I ate 😋

The valet area was confusing.. but staff were absolutely amazing
