The property is a perfect place for what we was visiting the area for.

Room was clean except for a couple spiders my husband had to kill in the corner of the wall where are bed we was sleeping on. Beds were clean just not comfy at all it felt like the springs was in my back.

The Mother Lode delivered with great value for the money. Perfect budget spot for a wedding weekend with friends. Newly renovated rooms and a nice pool area made the stay very comfortable. Short drive to central Placerville.

booking.com booking showed a NO LONGER AVAILABLE after I booked a queen (bed) room and indicated i needed to book the next best option so I did that, booking a king(bed) room. after closing the deal, I check my emails and found BOTH queen and king were confirmed, so I cancelled the King (2nd book) and I'd like a refund on that. I have been unable to navigate your customer care portal after 2 attempts and a difficult email validation requirement. I have confirmation and pin numbers on file if and when you (booking.com) respond.

They have recently completed a major renovation and EVERYTHING was new, even down to the towels and coffee pot. The pool and garden are well maintained and clean.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice this accommodation was. Chose it because of location to Apple Hill and low price. Didn’t expect it to be as charming as it was! Very pleased with our experience and would definitely be stay again!

Placerville is beautiful anyways, so the location is wonderful, and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Great location to an event I was attending nearby. Price was great and the room was very clean. Staff was friendly and made checking in and out a breeze. Have stayed here before and will do so again!

Nothing, it is a great facility. A little far from restaurants and stores, but in a quiet area.

We have been staying at the Mother Lode for the past five/six year (through their renovations ) on an annual trip. It's clean, comfortable and a great price.

Good location just on the outside of town. Customer service was great, very accommodating, helpful staff. Decent room. Very clean.
