The lady who helped us check in was incredibly friendly and immediately made us feel very welcome! We got to our room, and it was very clean and neat. AC ran well, bed was comfortable. Needed a little getaway on a budget and this was perfect, will absolutely be coming back!

Comforter had a hole or two in it. Also the microwave cord wasn’t in the best spot just considering how short the cord for it was, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Was able to plug it in by moving it a bit. Then again, for a cheaper hotel, these are really the least of my worries.

Convinced. It was nice having my hotel close to family I was visiting. Also being so close to old town placerville made it easy and fun .

The room 106 could use some maintenance. Bulb was burnt out for the main light and there is some Sheetrock work that needs attention in the bathroom. I am a retired maintenance manager so I notice these things. With proper maintenance prevention this hotel could get more for the rooms and cut down on expensive replacements. Over all I loved it .

very comfortable motel , and they keep up with the details like fixing your bed ,cleaning the room , and restocking towels, soap shampoo etc each day , like WOW !! and very unexpected for economy motel that is very clean ..... The only reason i could'nt give it a 5 star rating is that parking space is normally completely full ... Fortunately the business owner next door allows guests to park on their side , which works out good since you are able to view you vehicle from your motel room ... I will try to book this motel anytime i am in this area .

The staff that I dealt with went above and beyond to meet my expectations. The overall cleanliness was OK, but for the price of the room really no complaints. The only downside would be maybe that there was only one trashcan so my advice would be to put an extra trashcan in the room.

There’s not too much I didn’t like because overall my expectations were met. Like I said, in the above, comment may be adding an extra trashcan and possibly putting trash cans on the second floor that way when your guest want to empty their trash, they don’t have to go all the way down to the first floor.

Location with nearby access to highway. They were able to accommodate my request of ground level room in a spur of the moment to travel on said date.

That the TV didn’t work. After check in we went out to see surrounding area. When we got back to room it was after 11:00 pm and the TV said no signal when turned on I felt at this hour too late to call front office. Found out the next morning at checkout that there was some button to press on side of TV. Lighting is not all that great in room and I never saw a button. Could have instructions for using remote and TV. Also a TV channel guide would be useful. Someone needs to make sure if more than one guest for room that there are a sufficient number of towels. Good thing I tend to travel with one or two extra towels.

The front desk lady was just amazing with her genuine bubbly personality, polite, sweet, friendly. People make all the difference. I was shocked to see our room had been serviced on Saturday & we didn’t need to request it. Very impressed by it.

The smoking area was located directly below our room upstairs. No coffee bar or lobby. But the front desks lady gave me plenty of coffee to make in the room. She was very sweet.

Visiting my son with daughter and granddaughter( 6 months) room was big enough for a pack and play -Yes!!! Clean awesome power pressure in the shower and lots of hot water! Easy access in and out of town - and Hangtown is so cute!!!

Advertisement on office window for donuts - said they haven’t had any since Covid… ( take the sign down and update in line info - should be easy?)

The lady was so nice and the bed was comfortable. The room had a heater and air conditioning so it was comfortable. There was a problem with the room and she not only took care of it but called maintenance to fix it. Will definitely go here again the room were bigger than I thought they would be.

There was an electrical issue. My fiance was plugging his charger in and it shocked and burned him a little. We told her about it when we left and she immediately apologized and took the information about it so that she can get a maintenance man up to fix it.

mom and pap feeling motel, close to freeway but in a recess, so, not too noisy...lady owner was very cheerful, maybe too cheerful...🤔 old bathroom but clean and also grocery store and liquor store at walking distance, great since we were on a motorcycle.

Some dude cleaning the parking lot right in front of the rooms doors at 8 am???? check out at 11 am, don't plan on sleeping in...WTH?

The front desk staff was very helpful. I hadn't realized I booked my room twice. She helped me cancel the booking on Expedia and I paid National 9 directly. She gave me the handicap accessible room on the first floor. I had brought my bike so the larger room was useful for me to store bike inside. Location is great with a supermarket is a short distance away. Highly recommended!
