Very spacious! We had 2 queen beds with 2 sinks and the bathroom and room were huge! Very clean and comfortable . Facilities were not too outdated. Staff was always in office. Good price vs staying in South Lake Tahoe. Also check out bunny slope coffee,their maple latte coffee was the best I ever had. Parking onsite and AC available

WiFi was pretty slow and didn’t work well , kept disconnecting. I ended up just using my own phone data. Not the best location but we were aiming to do ralston peak which was nearby,good location for some trails of desolation wilderness

The Westhaven is conveniently located. Very short drive to Apple Hill and Placerville. And the drive down to South Lake Tahoe in one direction or the Sacramento/Folsom are the other isn't very long. In fact, you are right in the middle here. The nice couple that runs this hotel are always friendly and easy to work with. And the rooms are big with in room coffee!

I come here every year in early June to spend time outdoors. This place is always nice and reasonably priced. It is family run and they take good care of it and are very kind. The rooms are large, well insulated from highway noise, and have great small refrigerators. They also have a tiny balcony with sliding glass doors so you don’t feel it boxed-in.

The rooms were spacious, equipped with mini fridge coffee and microwave. Perfect for traveling with kids. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful

The rooms had some weird smell, like been closed for a long time, and I made a reservation for 4 people and the room had only 2 towels. (however they gave me the extra 2 when asked)

We always stay at the Westhaven Inn in Pollock Pines when we go see our daughter, son in law and granddaughter. The rooms are huge and clean. The staff always remembers us and is so friendly. The location is great. 2 miles to our daughter and granddaughter's house and close to Placerville, Apple Hill, and 50 minutes to Lake Tahoe and Sacramento. The mountains are beautiful and peaceful. Also Jenkinson Lake is only about 5 minutes away. There is so much to do up there but the rooms are so huge and comfortable that you can relax as well!

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the drive between South Lake Tahoe and Sacramento. It is only a few minutes away from Apple Hill ( I highly recommend visiting this place) and Placerville. Rooms are huge and have in room coffee. This is our hotel of choice every time we visit this area!

As usual the Westhaven Inn did not disappoint. The location is great and the rooms are huge. We traveled to Placerville and had breakfast at our favorite place up there called the Buttercup Cafe. Overall we really enjoyed our trip. And we got to enjoy some snow!

Once again, the Westhaven Inn proved to be a great value. Very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for us to be close to our family when we visit. Only 10 minutes to Placerville, 50 minutes to Sacramento and 45 minutes to South Lake Tahoe. Rooms are large and include a microwave and coffee pot. They also have a room with a walk-in shower which made showering much easier for my mother-in-law in the room we reserved for her. We will continue to stay here and recommend it to everyone!

Large Balcony very enjoyable, comfortable bathtub with slight reclining angle and arm rests, picnic tables were nice to enjoy a meal. The room smelled good. Nice rustic feel

My only complaint unfortunately is the bed, so firm that my body still hurts days later and not enough pillows to even try to find a comfortable position. I was surprised seeing 2 pillows per bed, 2 is not enough when pillows are small

The size of the room and the location is what attracts me to the Westhaven Inn. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is located in the middle between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe and very close to Apple Hill and Placerville!

I do not have any complaints.
