We liked the walkway from the hotel to the casino, but it would of been nice if it was air controlled instead of open to the outdoor elements. The decor in the rooms was rustic and appropriate for the area. The walk-in shower with a rain forest shower head was really nice. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Very nice ladies at check-in and check-out. They were also very informative about the hotel and amenities.

The hotel parking was very limited forcing us to park in the casino garage. Not convenient. They had 9 carts for luggage, but none were available all morning for easy checkout. No help/staff available to help with luggage either.

We love that this location is not far from home. The Lone Wolf restaurant has amazing food. The pool and spa area is great! Staff is friendly. Spacious rooms and grounds. Comfy bed with a balcony and deep tub.

Funny thing. My husband and I don't gamble, drink or smoke. We enjoy the pool, hottubs (2 of those) and restaurants. Only critique I would have is to deep clean the hotel carpet. It wasn't horrible, but probably due for a cleaning.

Every team member made us feel welcome. Room keepers were pleasant and provided very good service. Margarets restaurant has really good burgers.

The hallway had a strong unpleasant odor. Would like to have had morning fresh coffee and baked goods inside the hotel. One has to go to the casino to get any food or fresh drinks. We are not gamblers and the casino reeked of cigarette smoke.

The only negative experience had to do with the rudeness by one of the people who was checking people in. There was a new computer system that caused a little stress so I understand that. I asked one of the ladies behind the counter for a towel and water and she kind of snapped at me because she was busy at the time. I just thought she could have handled it a little better.

I TRAVEL RARELY DUE TO A BACK ISSUE WHEN SLEEPING ON FIRM MATTRESSES. I WAS VERY WORRIED ABOUT MY STAY THERE AS I TYPICALLY DONT SLEEP- HOWEVER THE BED WAS NOT AS FIRM AS OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA THAT IVE STAYED AT- SO THANKFULLY I DIDNT SLEEP TO POORLY- STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY. EVERYTHING WAS ORGANIZED WELL- ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN- I GOT A ROOM ON THE CORNER SO I HAD A HUGE BALCONY TO MYSELF. OVERALL VERY PLEASED.

THE PRICE WAS THE MOST EXPENSIVE IN THE AREA- THERE IS SOME JUSTIFICATION FOR IT BEING MORE OF A RESORT THAN A HOTEL. THERE IS ACCESS TO RESTURAUNTS IN THE CASINO- BUT A BIT FAR FROM TOWN. ALSO I DIDNT HAVE MY KIDS THIS TRIP BUT IF I DID I DIDNT SEE MUCH FOR THEM TO DO OTHER THAN A POOL.

Always great food at Margarets Cafe. Casino has alot of variety of games. Hotel room was good size.

Prime Rib was not available for 8:30 dinner reservation. Really was looking forward to having that with my dad for his birthday dinner. We had to get the New York steak, still was good. Very pricey tho but it was a steakhouse. We knew it would be expensive. Everything was fine tho.

Dinner at Maragaret's Cafe in the Casino. Service and food were excellent.

We are NON_SMOKERS, so the smoky atmosphere in the Casino and Cafe was a downer for us. Do not understand why there is not a smoke-free restaurant on the property. We were told that the main restaurant on floor above casino is smoke-free, but to access the elevator to the restaurant you must walk through the entire smoke-filled casino.

Clean, comfortable room, facilities, and swimming pool. All amenities worked well. K-cup coffees and bottled water were provided free in the room. The staff was very responsive and helpful in accommodating my special requests. I sleep on a nightshift routine, so I asked for a non-jointed room on the sunset side of the building. I was also allowed to use the gym in the middle of the night.

The shades in the room weren't especially room-darkening. Also, sidenote, the casino doesn't serve alcohol on the floor, so b.y.o.b..

We wanted to go wine tasting nearby and this was the only reasonably priced accomodation that suited our needs. The area is very spread out and we didn't want to stay far away when tasting wine. Our room was basic and clean and quiet and includes free parking in the lot. You can go over to the casino easily and have dinner (pricey) or a drink. Overall it is a basic hotel room that gets the job done in an area where there aren't many options.

The fact that the casino was in a different building a lot of walking with a bad knee not so good even though they do offer a shuttle. And no alcohol allowed in casino was totaling different than all other casinos we’ve been to.
