The location was good and the staff was super friendly.

The swimming pool was clean and the chemicals had been added perfectly. The room was set up perfectly and the surfaces were clean.

Tth floor in the room had not been cleaned properly, the soles of your feet were black as soon as you came out of the shower. There was no clear explanation on how to use the TV once you got it turned on, I could not figure out how to find the channels I was looking for.

Location was fine. We drove to Sutter for breakfast. Beds were comfortable, we really liked the little patio to relax out on.

The mirrors in the bathroom area are far too high. I’m too short to be able to see in them. Some idiot set off his car alarm in the middle of the night in your parking lot and I had a hard time getting back to sleep. But I know that’s not your fault.. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Close to all we needed,Jackson 20 mins away. Up for a Annual Pig roast. Restaurant on site,great food.

Not we didn't like, could use nightstands on each side of the beds and a trash can in the sleeping area. Major restoration is costly so maybe it's coming as well. We will stay again with out those upgrades.

Clean hotel right off the main road. Room was large and well furnished. It had everything you needed to cook a meal. Restaurant right next door as well.

Everything looked clean and fresh. I liked there was free water, tea and coffee. The heater saved us cause it was pretty cold that night. The beds were pretty comfortable and there was a nice open space for what would be the patio. It was open for us to walk out into. We were on the bottom floor so it was really pretty.

There wasn't an entry mat. I believe they say it was ordered but it was raining and we had to use a nice clean white towel for our feet. I felt bad but the floor is some kind of tile so we needed to not slip. Also the office hours are kind of short, I'm used to it opening at like 7 or earlier. There goodies in there when we got there so would be ice to have a little nibble on something for the early risers.

The main office was very cozy and welcoming. the man at the desk was pleasurable. Our room was on the lower floor with two queen beds ( as requested ). The room use very clean. Beds are very comfortable and good pillows. A sliding door to the outside was a nice addition, to get a beautiful view. We had a problem getting the tv to Direct TV, but upon request it was resoled immediately. Have a restaurant on the same parking lot was very convenient and the food was delicious. ( restaurant not affiliated with Hotel ) We had to leave early in the morning, Check-out was simple. just leave your key in the room.

The weather was snowing with rain outside. The only thing I could say is an entry rug inside would be nice so you don't track in water prior to removing your shoe's. Don't see that being a problem in dry weather.

Wonderful staff at the hotel. Was able to accommodate our request for date change. Rooms were large and very clean.

No internet :( It's in an area where I didn't have a cell phone signal and the local wifi covered roughly only the office area, so it felt like you were going back to the 90s in the rooms. Also, note that the office closes at like 6pm (I may be slightly off on the time, but it's not late in any case). If you're going to be coming later than that, make sure to make arrangements of how you're going to get keys ahead of time.

Clean, well-appointed room with comfortable beds, a nice covered balcony, vaulted ceilings. Good fixtures and electronics. A simple but relaxing space. Couldn't hear the neighbors. Front Office staff super nice and efficient.

No hot tub. Wasn't billed as having one, but I think a place like this should have something out by the pool for year-round guest use...

Beautiful location, large room with balcony overlooking the pool and forest. Blissfully quiet and peaceful. Lovely restaurant next door. I arrived late and found my room key waiting for me at the office - it was the easiest check-in ever!

No complaints. It was a perfect stopover. Just beware of wildlife in the area, I had a near miss with a couple of deer.
