The property itself is lovely and with an amazing location at an affordable price.

I booked 3 rooms for a group. As a result I received a barrage of messages via booking.com, SMS and email insisting that guests must each verify their identity but with no contextualising information about who had already done so. When I got to the hotel, the staff was completely disinterested in helping me and instead told me to refer to my emails. While the property itself was really nice I would likely avoid staying at a Sonder hotel again due to the poor customer service.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for our purposes.

Lack of power outlets. Bathroom has no fan.

The hotel is in a great location, equipped with a reception area and valet parking. The restaurant which houses a courtyard was lovely for a meal or to sit and have a coffee while I had to do a bit of work on my computer. The rooftop terrace was well kept and lovely view of the hills. The room was decorated tastefully and had everything I need including a coffee machine, decent products in the bathroom and safe. There was one staff member on for most of my stay who was particularly friendly and helpful and that really made a difference. Easy to get to sunset boulevard, different parts of Beverly Hills and Melrose Ave, even on foot.

Lovely hotel with a great rooftop deck, beautiful courtyard, and an Italian restaurant, Cafe Amici, incorporated into the building and courtyard. In a great location near the famous Troubador and across from Beverly Hills park. Within walking distance to two grocery stores, Ralph's and Bristol Farms. Several green lit restaurants on Seed Oil Scout including Bravo Toast and Great White, within easy walking distance. This Sonder hotel has a 24 hour front desk and a parking lot for easy ride share drop off, but best of all, it was delightfully fragrance free.

Great location, nice outdoor space, on-site restaurant is very good.

Small room, even smaller bath/shower

The bed was probably the most comfortable I have had at any hotel anywhere is the world. The front desk staff were friendly, but not always there as there are not many staff. The water pressure in the shower was great. The rooms are compact - as long as you are expecting that then you won’t be disappointed. The parking dude is very friendly. The rooftop views are great. Walking distance to Rodeo Drive and a good location for jogging around Beverly Hills and Santa Monica Boulevard. Great location if you are going to a concert at The Troubadour.

There is a restaurant in the hotel courtyard that plays Italian operatic cover songs very loudly (and Beyoncé at 9:30am). Do not get a courtyard facing room if you are planning on getting back to the hotel before 10:30pm or you want see to sleep in until after 9:30am. Parking is $30 a day and there didn’t seem to be other options nearby.

Safe location. Reception was available on our late arrival. Fast check in/check out. Bus outside of the hotel if needed and taxis easily available. Room was okay for few days.

The room was smelling mold super bad. You needed an open windows to breathe. No air ventilation in the bathroom and window could not stay open so was getting even more humid after taking a shower. We had the room literally on top of a bar/restaurant so was noisy till late in the evening. The window was low and where the bed located, making in unsafe to sleep with windows open due to intense smell.

The location on the Blvd allowed us to walk to and from the bars/restaurants during our stay.

We kept the AC on through the night and it started to spill out pieces of ice onto the bed & There was no daily housekeeping service at this hotel. Our stay was 5 nights/6 days. I called the front desk on day 4 and they said they needed 24 hrs notice to send housekeeping so we said there was no point. I would of preferred to have housekeeping changing our towels & sheets, without having to ask - at least once during our stay.

The location was great, and the room offered everything we needed. Valet parking was very convenient as well.

The neighbours were talking very loudly until 5 AM. The hotel staff should have made rounds in order to enforce quiet hours, but they never did. Also after check-out, I was billed an extra $114 without any notification or clarification. I asked for an explanation and I received no reply. I was however refunded the amount. It's not nice when the hotel bills you unexpectedly.

I love staying here whenever I’m in town to visit WEHO. This place is in such a convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shopping and night life. Safe location with the front doors locked by 9 pm. You have to use a code to get in which is nice. Friendly staff. Shoutout to Gwen! She was very sweet and engaging!

I stayed in room 21. On the left front corner of the bed, the bed frame is broken. You can tell when you sit. The window was nailed shut and broken, so you can’t open it. Other than that, I loved the layout of that room specifically.
