Some staff were a bit aloof but Nick was kind, helpful and made our entire experience enjoyable. Thank you Nick! We would be back for his hospitality alone. Rooms are VERY clean (how does housekeeping make the beds look sooo crisp?)
Most rooms are very small, especially for 2 people (no closets to put away your stuff), Friday and Saturday the music is blaring from the rooftop bar, it might keep you awake if you are on the sixth floor or higher.

I love that they allowed my family to stay. This hotel is not for little ones since I got more of the party vibe. Would definitely come back without the kiddo. LOvE the inside and atmosphere!
The loud music until 2am and roof top bar doesn't allow pool shorts when there is a pool. The parking is located outside. For people out of town it felt a little scary since there are bums sleeping outside everywhere.

This is such a cool hotel - the rooftop bar and pool are really fun and have a western theme. There's a trendy space downstairs for coworking or having a coffee. The bed was super comfortable and the location was fantastic. As a solo female traveller I felt safe walking solo around the area at night.
I was on the 5th floor and the night I arrived I wanted to get an earlier night and loud music came from the club on the roof. Ear plugs didn't block it, it ended around 1 - 2 am. It wasn't a massive deal for me, but just something you need to be aware of if you want to sleep early or are a light sleeper. It is a party hotel.

This beautiful boutique hotel is exceptional in every way. Upon first arrival you are greeted by a friendly doorman who escorts you to the main desk. The entryway is stunning; original pottery, artwork and fireplace creates ambience while cool music is upbeat and sets the vibe. It is “hip, fly, lit,” all of the above, as a diverse generation of guest gather to appreciate the given art of luxury experienced here. Nothing is atypical. Everything, from the beautiful diversity in people and place resonates you are welcome here. Mahalo to Front Desk Manager, Edgar Alvarez for his kindness. Aloha!
The adjacent area is a very popular discotheque which if you can reminisce back to the beat (gotta’ have that bass) of your music of the past, bare with the reality, night times are very alive and loud. We were told upon arrival and we chose to get into the moment; because the good outweighs the noise nuisance. Go there.

Free credits daily to grab some food, in compensation for resort fee. Room was spacious and clean when checking in. Overall a pleasant experience despite the dislikes, as they were minor.
There was loud music at night which ended at midnight during our stay. They do highlight this when checking in, but no issues for us as we slept after the music stopped. Location requires a little walking to get to the main area of hollywood walk of fame. Staff did not clean our room even though we left at 10am and came back at 5pm, despite not putting any DND sign.

Great location and ample bars and restaurants if you wanted to stay in. Walking distance to the Walk of Fame and we found it safe due to the amount of people using the hotel bars. The staff were helpful and the room comfortable.
They do play music well into the am but we were lucky enough that out of our two night stay the club was shut one of those nights which was a blessing. It would be an issue if you weren't a deep sleeper. They also owe me a refund for my original booking. We had to cancel our first booking and even though I did everything they asked, they have yet to release my funds. It's very disappointing as I had to technically pay for my room twice and it's been a month and I'm still waiting for my refund.

The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of a lively and vibrant area, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The hotel itself is incredibly modern, with stylish decor and a fresh atmosphere. My room was perfect. The bed was super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy the best of West Hollywood!
Parking was quite a challenge to find, and the hotel’s parking options were quite expensive. Additionally, while the room was well-maintained, it felt slightly smaller than I expected.

Great room, very clean & classy. Food was also great. Make sure you have dinner at Katina, awesome Mexican! Location wise, it was close to everything we wanted to do - Universal, The Grove/Farmer’s Markets, restaurants & cafes etc.. The team that works at the hotel were great and were happy to assist with anything we needed. Will definitely book here if I holiday in LA again.
It was all great. If anything, the area around Hollywood Blvd and surrounding is a bit sketchy.

Modern and sleek.
It is a nightlife hotel so especially weekend nights it was loud but we were on 8th floor and didn't bother us much. Location is great for Hollywood boulevard (however expect lots of hobos in the hotel area). Hated not having a wadrobe and somehwere to store clothes. We stayed for 6 nights so really needed that space and that was a let down. They also charge $100 deposit per night which was madness as we had to put down $600. Booking doesn't tell you about this but seems like it's pretty normal in hotels in America.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet to sleep in. Loved the sunny rooftop pool! Complimentary coffee in the morning was a nice addition. Great location close to Walk of Fame and quick Lyft ride to Hollywood sign/Griffith observatory.
Upon arrival the receptionist first requested a 900 USD deposit eventhough the booking.com page states 600 USD. He did eventually agree to lower it to 600 USD, but even that felt very excessive as we wanted to explore the city and did not wish to eat at the hotel restaurants every day / put those bills on the tab.
