This isn't a _nice_ hotel but it was a great value. Breakfast was good, especially the hardboiled eggs, and it was ready even when we checked out very early in the morning. The pool area was large and surprisingly nice. After they made the bed one morning, room service arranged all our kids' stuffed animals on it. Seems small, but it was a delight for the kids. Also there was a convenient Walgreen's right next door.

The area felt a little sketchy, but we had no trouble. Our room didn't have any soap or a soap dispenser by the sink. We kept having to ask for extra towels each day -- we had four people but they kept giving us only enough for two.

The staff was friendly, and the room was cleaned almost always at different times which was a bit tricky. The pool was fun for the kids too.

There was an extremely noisy neighbor who was slamming doors and screaming at the top of his lungs to his partner. i would have appreciated staff to address this issue. Also there were women smoking in the pool area and listening to loud inappropriate music. i wouldn’t care if I was no there but I was there and so was someone else with kids. Again I would of appreciate they addressed this since the pool is right infront of check in but nothing happened other than is having to leave because the kids felt uncomfortable.

Mostly everything. It was a good stay also the morning clerk was nice and professional about his job for helping me transfer to another room. Staff was nice and offered to clean my room even it didn't need it. Replaced my towels. Trusted staff because I have my personal belongings out and nothing was touched or stolen.

Had to move because the next door room was making noise.

The room was very clean and neat. The front staff was very friendly and professional. I was checked in without any problems. The location was convenient from the Levi Stadium.

The body lotion bottle in the bathroom was working properly and I couldn’t get anything out. I also would have like to have a USB charger in the room. Some hotels have the charging ports in the lamp base. The room was noisy but it is beyond the control of the hotel.

Room is quite enough for alone traveler, location is amazing,5 minutes walking reach to Galata Tower.Streets also cozy and full of cofee bars and markets, retsaurants. I prefer everyone to visit this hotel for price and location also. One more thing is Staff is very polite and lovely, and try to help you in each yuor needs. Especially the reception guy who is looks like famous dancer teacher in instagram : Andrew Ikim :)

The hotel was very affordable for us to stop for the night on our long trip home. Very spacious room.

Breakfast was rather disappointing, very very small & limited. The layout is somewhat confusing but thankfully, the receptionist directed us correctly. There were some questionable people hanging out in the parking lot and I didn’t feel 100% comfortable leaving my car. The bathroom is TINY! You can barely open the door.

Not enough towels for two people to shower, and the shower knob was extremely hard to pull out for the water to start flowing. Breakfast should be available until 11:00am, when you’re trying to get checked out by 11:00am there’s not enough time to shower and dress before 9:00am and then go back to your room to pack. You should at least let guests take their breakfast back to their room!

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is reasonable.

In the first room I stayed in, the bathtub did not have an anti-slip mat which could be dangerous for older people. The internet connection is unstable at night. I had to change room to get a slightly better connection. However, the connection seems to be ok in the morning. Seems like a long term issue.

The location is in a good area and the staff were very helpful and polite. They made sure that all issues were resolved.

There was an issue with the room assigned to us, the water faucet in the shower wasn’t working, and the cable for the tv was not installed yet. However, accommodation was made to get a new room right away

The bed, TV, lighting, bathroom, shower, AC, and Wifi were excellent. There were plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby to get food. It was only a ten minute drive to Great America. The breakfast was fine.

In my first room everything was fine but the shower handle came off. They moved me to another room two doors down without any hassle.
